I'm really sensitive, so I bring my own blanket when I travel. But I decided to stay here after seeing the owner on the guide that he is also sensitive to cleanliness and cleans really well! I was hesitant before going, but as soon as I entered, it was a very clean house with a nice scent. All the furniture was floating off the floor, so there wasn't a single speck of dust under the bed or sofa!! And the welcome gift they gave me was so touching. I was worried because I was living with a 5-month-old baby for a month, but the baby adapted well and I had all the basic household items, so I had a very comfortable stay. And the restaurants and cafes the owner told me about were all delicious, and the coffee smelled so good! I was so grateful for the care he gave me until the end, telling me to be careful and get back home. ❤️ If I ever come to Gangwon-do again, this is a place I want to stay again. I highly recommend it!!

* Advantages 1. Dryer: The biggest reason I chose Yeongok Laon without looking back. When living for a month, clothes (both the volume of luggage and laundry) are the most troublesome, but there was a separate large-capacity dryer, which was the biggest advantage compared to other accommodations. 2. Cleanliness & Furniture: The host was really clean, so she cleaned everything under the bed and under the sofa before I came. I spilled coffee on the floor on the first day, so I wiped it with a wet tissue, but not a single black trace or dust came out. There were enough dishes for a family of 8, let alone 4, and there was a mini oven, Nespresso machine, and a smart TV with Netflix. The house was also completely remodeled, so it was clean and pretty. 3. Location & Convenience: The neighborhood is very quiet, and Yeongjin Beach is only 1km away. If you want, you can see the sunrise and sunset every day. It's a bit far from Gangneung city, but it's closer to Jumunjin and Yangyang, so it's better. Anmok and Gangmun, which are close to Gangneung city, are crowded even on weekdays, but Jumunjin/Sacheon is very quiet and has many small but pretty beaches, so it's really much better. And there's a convenience store on the first floor, there's plenty of parking, and there's a fairly large Hanaro Mart within 10 minutes by car, so it's a great location for a month (it might be a little inconvenient by public transportation). It's a two-room, so it's very comfortable and good for 3-4 people to stay! 4. Kindness: The host sent me a long list of good restaurants before I checked in, and he was very attentive to every little thing :) I went to a few of the restaurants he gave me, and there were no failures. And unlike Airbnb, he's a business licensed owner, so it's not illegal. 5. Price: As I wrote above, there are so many advantages and there's nothing I didn't like, but the price is cheap. When I looked for a similar price range at AirByB, the best was a 5-story studio apartment without an elevator...... * Cons There are so many pros that I feel like I should write about the cons, but... there was nothing particularly inconvenient. 1. Water pressure: The house was completely remodeled so it's pretty, but the apartment itself is old so the water pressure is a bit weak. It's not so bad that I can't use it, but it's just a bit weak. It seems like the entire Gangwon-do area has low water pressure. It wasn't at all inconvenient to live there. To summarize, I lived here so happily without any real inconveniences, and my friends who visited said the house was really nice, and if I ever live in Gangneung again, I want to stay here again. I had a great week at Yeongok Laon last week. The host gave me information on good restaurants and a detailed room guide, which I found very useful~ I was thinking of going to Sokcho, but I changed to Gangneung, and Yeongjin Beach, which I didn't know about, was pretty, had many good restaurants and cafes, and I could walk to the beach, which was nice. I had brunch on the beach in the morning, took a walk by the sea, and came back after taking my time because it wasn't crowded. The accommodation is prettier than the pictures, and I am sensitive to cleanliness, so I usually only use hotels, but it was expensive for a family of three to stay in a hotel for a week, so I used it for the first time~ First of all, it was nice that there was a washer and dryer, and although I didn't cook much, it was nice that it had everything I needed for cooking, and since it was a two-room, I didn't feel stuffy at all like a hotel even after staying for a week~ The accommodation was managed by the host himself, so it was really clean and well-managed, so even my child, who is sensitive when going outside, had a good rest without any inconvenience~ My parents also stayed for one night over the weekend, and they said they really liked the accommodation~ I also liked that there was no additional cost for people~ A week went by much faster than I thought, so I plan to visit again in the summer for a longer period of time Yangyang is about 15 minutes away by car, so we made plans to come learn surfing next time~ Since I have a child, I asked a lot of questions to the point of being annoying, but I was grateful that they kindly guided me~ I will rest comfortably like at home for a week and go~^^
