I stayed here for a week. It's close to the Seogwipo Bus Terminal, and there's an E-Mart, convenience store, and great restaurants nearby, making it the perfect place for backpackers. The owner was quick to respond to my late inquiries, and garbage disposal was also very convenient. The on-site washer/dryer was so convenient that I could walk in and do my laundry right away. I'd love to stay here again next year.

I was looking for a place to stay for a week where I could cook, and I ended up here. It was nice that there were amenities within walking distance, such as the terminal, E-Mart, Daiso, and the cathedral. I had a great time here, as if it were my own home.

I had a great time during my 2-week solo trip stay. It's a quiet and clean place.

This place has so many great features. 1. Location and Transportation - I drove, but I also took the bus to nearby places. It's conveniently located for getting around both the east and west sides of Seogwipo. The Seogwipo Bus Terminal is right in front, so there are plenty of buses. I mostly hiked the Olle Trail and forest trails during my month-long stay, and it was easy to get around by bus or car. 2. Accommodation - This newly built officetel is clean and comfortable. It's spacious enough for two people and well-equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine (with a dryer and a **), a refrigerator (large and nice), and all the necessary dishes and *******************. The separate bed and living room are comfortable, and the dining area is spacious. 3. Host - Very friendly, communicative, and prompt. I had a great rest. The contactless check-in was also great. 4. Other - There are many good value restaurants nearby. The set menu at Yang*ran Restaurant, the soft tofu restaurant, and the pork cutlet at Bar* were all delicious. The donkatsu at the Seogwipo Central Library cafeteria is particularly good value, so I've visited twice. I've been to Jeju many times, but I've always stayed in hotels for less than a week. If you're staying longer than a week, I recommend staying in Seogwipo, the Innovation City. Blue Ocean 527, in particular, is a place I'd love to return to. It's rare to find such excellent facilities and a great location. I would definitely return.

It's quiet and close to anywhere in Seogwipo, so I really like it~^^

I was worried about where to stay before my trip to Jeju Island, and I was surprised that the location was better than I thought. I thought that if I ever find a house in Jeju Island, I would want to live in a place like this. I think there is no better place to live alone. The surrounding facilities were also great. It was nice that there was an E-Mart nearby, but for me, who had to travel around the tourist destination by bus, it was also good that there was a bus terminal nearby. Anyway, I went back after healing and resting well for a week!
