If appliances, fixtures, furniture, or other items are damaged or vandalized, or if there are stains on bedding, curtains, wallpaper, or graffiti that are difficult to remove, repair costs or replacement costs may be charged if repair is impossible. . Cooking or consuming fish, meat, Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste), or skate is prohibited indoors. . Capsule coffee, drip coffee, and instant coffee mix are provided once per person upon check-in, with no additional servings (Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine). . Barbecuing is prohibited on the terrace. If you contact us one day in advance for the BBQ, we can set it up at the outdoor table in the yard (additional fee applies). Although located in the city center, this is a quiet residential area, so BBQ is not available after 9 PM (no loud noise). -- Two dogs, a Rough Collie and a Retriever, live in the parking lot fence. They are friendly dogs, but they sometimes bark when strangers visit. If you dislike dogs, please be careful when making a reservation.
