Location and surroundings -The accommodation is located a 20-minute walk from the Gyeongui-Jungang Line's Yadang Station, 10 minutes by bus, and 5 minutes by car. -There are convenient facilities nearby, such as large supermarkets and convenience stores. -There are many attractions nearby, including KINTEX, First Garden, Paju Premium Outlet, and Heyri Art Village.

Additional rules
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation (smoking will result in a fine of 300,000 won in damages.) 2. When going out, turn the boiler to the away setting, turn off the air conditioner and lights (you can easily turn them off with the all-light off button in the hallway), close the windows and doors, and leave. 3. Please put food waste in the food waste bin. 4. Please only separate the trash generated during your stay into general and recyclable trash. 5. Please put used towels in the laundry basket. 6. Please simply wash the dishes you used while staying at the accommodation. 7. Please be mindful of outdoor noise after 9pm. The neighborhood is quiet, so outdoor noise is relatively loud. 😂 Instead, please enjoy your time indoors.
