Vegetable garden in front of the living room available for use (approx. 20 pyeong) Cleaning and bedding laundry are required upon check-out (a super-large dryer is available at a nearby coin laundry). Breakfast and lunch are available right in front of the accommodation at Deokcheon Training Center, a luxury hotel-class establishment offering the best value for money in Jeju. Utilities are set at 8,000 KRW per day, but settlement will be made based on meter readings after check-out. Utilities include electricity, water, gas, and maintenance fees (15,000 KRW per week). While settlement is rarely necessary during normal times, gas bills can reach 400,000 KRW per month during the winter, so settlement is required. If it is difficult to wash and dry bedding upon check-out, a laundry fee of 30,000 KRW will be deducted. However, if additional guests arrive and use the bedding inside the wardrobe, there is no additional charge for laundry if the bedding is washed; otherwise, a separate laundry fee of 20,000 KRW will be added.
