The city library, swimming pool, convenience stores, and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, and you can reach Daepo Port. Jungmun Tourist Complex is a 5 minute drive away, and Cheonjeyeon Falls, a botanical garden, and Saekdal Beach, famous for surfing, are nearby. Decades-old palm trees form a beautiful garden and there is a spacious parking lot. Although it is a 170-unit villa complex, the actual resident population is small, so the parking lot and garden space are nice and spacious. There is a fireplace in the living room where you can burn firewood, so you can relax indoors while having a fire.
