Clean and comfortable.

I stayed for a week~ It's a new building, so the interior facilities are clean, and the wide open view of Sihwa Lake is really nice. It's also good for healing while taking a morning walk at the Banwol Island Park in front of the building. There are convenience stores on the first floor of the building and in the buildings next door. There are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and there's a large supermarket that opened a few days ago, so it's really convenient. And above all, Coupang Rocket Delivery is really great. The interior is small, but it has all the necessary facilities, so everything from meals to laundry was taken care of during my week-long stay, so I saved a lot of money. There are two beds, including a duplex, so it's comfortable to sleep in, and the host is really kind. I was really happy that there was plenty of parking. There are still a lot of newly built officetels because it's under development, but there aren't many people, so it was great for a quiet rest.

I used it for over 2 months because of a business trip It was clean and had almost everything I needed It's good for a walk with a view of Sihwa Lake. There's a convenience store on the first floor and there are many restaurants if you walk a little. However, it's still a bit messy because of the construction site around it It's better to go by car. The owner is kind. They reply quickly and process quickly.
