Accommodation usage guide 🌿Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.🌿 -Please observe the check-in and check-out times to allow for cleaning and organizing time. We are checking the CCTV, so please be sure to keep the time☺️🙏🏻.) -Please inquire before making a reservation for commercial photography. -Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. -❗️When smoking outdoors, please do not throw away cigarette butts in the yard. Smokers must clean them up themselves. (If violated, additional charges will be applied) -The use of items that pose a fire hazard, including candles and incense, is prohibited. - There is no separate ventilation system in the kitchen. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods such as fish, fried foods, and grilled meat. Only simple brunches or simple cooking such as ramen are allowed. - Please place food waste in a stainless steel trash can or plastic bag and we will dispose of it after you check out. -There are no barbecue facilities. Barbecuing is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. -When using the oven toaster, always put foil on it. Foil is placed in the kitchen island drawer. -Please separate trash, wash dishes, and do basic cleanup yourself. -Items placed inside Seohaon cannot be taken out under any circumstances. In case of loss, damage, or malfunction, a fee will be charged. -❗️Please do not put foreign substances such as wet tissues in the toilet. If possible, please put toilet paper in the trash can. If the drain gets clogged after you check out, you will be charged. - The shower room drain hole is small, so even if a little hair gets stuck, the water will not drain well. If the water does not drain, you can use it without any problems by picking the edge of the drain cover with a sharp object (such as a knife) and pulling out the hair. - Please be advised that any damage such as irreparable stains, damage, graffiti, or holes will incur a fee. (❗️Please notify us immediately if any contamination or damage occurs. If you check out without prior notice, additional charges will be applied.) -When accompanying infants, special attention is required from the guardian. - Seohaon is not responsible for any accidents caused by carelessness while using the accommodation. -Pets are not allowed. -There is no intermediate cleaning for multiple night stays, and towels are provided in advance according to the number of guests. -❗️People other than those in the reservation are not allowed to enter the accommodation. In principle, visitors are prohibited. If additional people enter without prior inquiry, they will be evicted without a refund if discovered.❗️ -❗️The topper is an item provided with bedding when there are additional people. If you use a topper that has been stored, an additional fee will be charged. -Seo Ha-on is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables. - It is a quiet neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise after 10 p.m. (No bonfires or use of the jacuzzi late at night) -Bath salts are not allowed in the jacuzzi. Please be careful when using bath salts in a cypress jacuzzi as mold or mildew may develop. Please be sure to clean up any trash that may arise while using the jacuzzi. - Pest control and management with SESCO. However, please note that there is nothing we can do about bugs following us as we open and close the door. Due to the nature of the wooden window, there is no mosquito screen. In particular, there are a lot of bugs in Jeju, so please do not open the windows (especially ❗️do not open the windows facing the sea), and make sure to close the front and back doors. -Firewood is not provided separately. Torches are provided, but you may need to purchase new butane gas. Please note that firewood is sold cheaply at a nearby mart (Geumseong Mart). When burning firewood, it is essential to clean up after yourself. Please use it cleanly.
