Each room has a queen-size bed in the yard. It is a quiet neighborhood with densely populated housing, but there are other households next to each other, so if there are a lot of people, it can cause noise, which may lead to complaints from neighbors, so please be mindful of noise. The accommodation is located a 6-minute walk from Exit 6 of Cheonho Station. It is well-equipped with convenient living facilities such as large marts, convenience stores, traditional markets, police stations, department stores, and amusement facilities. There are many restaurants within walking distance and tourist attractions within a 15-minute drive.

We recommend using public transportation. If you are driving, there is a public parking lot near exit 6 of Cheonho Station. It is convenient to use the public parking lot. 2. Notes ▶Absolutely no shouting If you file a complaint, you will be asked to leave immediately. (Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with neighbors right next door. Please be especially careful not to cause noise complaints.) -Noise restriction time: 10pm to 8am the next day ▶Standard number of people: 4 people (Please inquire if there are more than 4 people. If there are a lot of people, there may be complaints about noise, so we will decide after consultation.) ▶No pets allowed ▶Smoking is absolutely prohibited!! (including electronic cigarettes) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bathroom and guest rooms (alarm sounds) When smoking, cleaning service fee will be charged and next guest will not be allowed to use the room. Charge for accommodation expenses (KRW 200,000) ▶Food waste/recycling separation required (before check-out) -There is a food waste bin provided under the sink. -Please separate and place other waste in the recycling bin in the multipurpose room. 3. Transportation It is a 6-minute walk from Exit 6 of Cheonho Station (Line 5, Line 8).
