It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Sungshin Women's University Station on Line 4, so transportation is very convenient. This is a high-quality one-room apartment newly remodeled in a Nordic style. It is located very close, just a 3-minute walk from Seongshin Women's University Station. The 5th floor is for women only, and the 2nd to 4th floors are for both men and women. It is a comfortable healing space for students from nearby Sungshin Women's University, Hansung University, Korea University, and Kookmin University, as well as nearby office workers. We have 3 washing machines and 3 dryers that you can use for free, making your life more convenient. We also boast safe facilities such as CCTV, digital door locks in each room, and a front door lock.
