Ocean Apartment, newly built and like my own home, with a view of the sea and Seoraksan Mountain

When I wanted to go out with my family or on vacation, the place I went to the most was Sokcho. Now, there were only 5 adults, so the cost of accommodation was not easy, but I happened to find a short-term rental and made a reservation, and I was completely satisfied. Location ☆☆☆☆☆ The location was the best compared to the hotels or pension condos I had used before. The ocean view was right in front of me, not in the far corner, so I could see the sunrise without having to climb the mountain. From the kitchen, I could see Seoraksan Mountain covered in snow. Dongmyeong Port is right in front, and the central market is complicated and parking is difficult, but it was convenient to walk around and buy some food, and it was also very convenient to have it delivered using a delivery app. Famous restaurants, E-Mart, and Daiso were all 3-4 minutes away by car, so there was no inconvenience. Tourist attractions are all nearby. Famous tourist attractions such as Yeonggeumjeong, Yeongrangho, and Abai Sundae Village are 3-4 minutes away by car. In particular, I first visited Starbucks in Yeongrangho Resort, which offers a panoramic view of Seoraksan Mountain and Yeongrangho Lake, and it was even better because I could see the free observatory. If only the weather had been less cold, it would have been a great location to walk around. Accommodation Conditions ☆☆☆☆☆ As soon as we entered, the family all said, "Wow~~~" It's newly built, so everything is new, so it's completely clean and tidy, and it's like a model house with nothing unnecessary. Above all, I was so happy that the family of five could comfortably use 4 rooms like our own home and always see the ocean right in front of us. My sons, who are reserved in their expressions, also said that this trip was so great.....ㅋ I don't usually write reviews, but I'm writing one because I had such a satisfying rest with my family. ^^ I hope you prosper.

Location + cleanliness + view - everything was perfect! First of all, the location was the best because it was a 5-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal. For me, who traveled without a car, the fact that there was a bus stop close to the front or back gate of the apartment was also the best advantage. Also, since you can walk to the central market in 20 minutes, even those with cars can go there without worrying about parking. The hottest restaurant these days is a 10-minute walk away, so you can leave leisurely even if you have an open run! Secondly, the condition of the accommodation was really good. All the rooms were neatly organized, and each outlet was labeled for its purpose, so I could use all the devices without getting lost. And if there was something I didn't know or something broke while using the accommodation, they responded right away, so I was able to live comfortably for a week without any frustration! Lastly, you can see the ocean from all the windows of the accommodation. The weather was nice throughout my trip, so I enjoyed being able to see the ocean in the morning. The owner organized ***** and other items neatly, so I didn't have much trouble finding them, and there was no shortage of dishes, which was nice. Thanks to the washing machine and dryer, I was able to lighten my load for a week. Thanks to the meticulous attention to detail, I had a great week! If my friends go to Sokcho to live for a week, I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The 24th year ended at a place with an ocean view. It was a great time with a large family of 7. We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days and everything was great. To list them: 1. The house was clean because it was newly built. The stone-cracking twins crawled and pulled to their hearts' content. 2. The view was great. The ocean was visible not only from the living room but also from the room. 3. I also liked the geographical location. There is an E-Mart 5 minutes away by car, and Dongmyeong Port is right in front, so it was good for sashimi. 4. The host was kind and answered questions quickly, which was also great. I will definitely visit again next time!

I shared the house for 6 nights and 7 days. In short, go twice or three times^^ I went with my child and parents, and as soon as I entered, it was so clean (it was as clean as a model house) and the ocean view from the living room was healing even if I just sat at the table and drank coffee. The sunset in the evening was so pretty, and the beach, E-Mart, convenience store, pharmacy, market, etc., and most of the infrastructure were within 7 minutes on foot or by car. In particular, delivery services such as Baedal Minjok were available, and the parking lot was spacious, so there was no inconvenience. Since the owner of the house uses it as a second home, I recommend it to those who are sensitive to cleanliness, those who want to have everything nearby, and especially couples who want to feel like newlyweds since it is a family trip^^

I stayed here during the Chuseok holiday week of Sokcho. I have a child, so I couldn't use the restaurant every time because of the meals. I found this place while looking around, and I was able to stay comfortably like my own home. It wasn't a small space like a hotel or resort, so I was able to stay comfortably with the children. It's a place I want to go to next time.
