The city center, Daegwallyeong-myeon office, police station, and fire station are located within 5 km (10 minutes by car) from the accommodation. There are two large marts (including Hanaro Mart), cafes with nice aromas, and delicious restaurants, and convenient facilities such as a coin laundry, self-service car wash, and convenience store are in operation. Located at the 800m high altitude of Daegwallyeong, Gangwon-do, this place allows you to enjoy the clean air. This is a village of villa-type pensions, with a wide lawn spread out in an unfenced yard. In spring, the feast of green begins, its greenness begins, In summer, you can forget the heat thanks to the refreshing breeze. In autumn, the world is painted in a variety of colors, giving us romance and memories. We introduce this place where you can enjoy spectacular snowy scenery and snow flower displays in winter. The host stays with his family and friends every weekend. In spring, summer, and fall, you can heal with nature. In winter, we enjoy family skiing at Yongpyong Resort. The pension is divided into rooms 1 and 2, and the accommodation you will be staying in is room 1 (a guest house), which has an independent entrance . The host usually stays in room 2 (main building) on weekends. (You can contact him/her at any convenient time during the weekdays) 🗓 Minimum stay reservation date: Minimum 6 nights Lee Sang-man reservation it's possible. 🐾 Pet Restrictions (for this property only): Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 💳 Utility bill settlement method and general management expenses: Electricity charges (for heating and hot water) and water charges apply. 🔹️Located at the 800m high altitude of Daegwallyeong, it is a cold area in the winter, and heating is done with electricity, so heating costs may be higher than expected. The wide lawn in the front yard is always available for use. However, tents and stoves are not allowed on the lawn. (Please note that a lawn robot (similar to a cordless robot vacuum cleaner) is installed on the lawn and mows the lawn every day during the day (8:00-18:00)^^;) The maximum number of guests is 4 adults (maximum of 6 people including preschool children), and long-term visits by relatives or acquaintances are prohibited in principle. When visiting with friends, please inform the host of the number of people! If you do not notify us in advance, we will charge an additional fee (KRW 50,000 per night) per person exceeding the number of people in the reservation. There is a separate barbecue area. ☆ Open only on Saturdays due to safety and host circumstances, but charcoal and grill are provided free of charge twice per month (once every two weeks, twice per month) However, please understand that the barbecue area is located outside the accommodation and is practically difficult to use in the winter. Waste disposal is as follows: 1. General waste and food waste: Purchase after volume-based fee (sold at large marts) 2. Separate collection: plastic, cans and bottles, boxes, styrofoam You must dispose of the waste directly at the waste disposal site located in Daegwallyeong-eup. We will provide you with detailed information on the day of move-in. (The garbage disposal vehicle doesn't come into the pension village^^;) Heating and temperature control are remotely controlled by the host (the thermostat installed inside the accommodation does not work) A smart door lock is installed, so we will tell you the password when you check in. For the safety of guests, there are three security cameras installed: one at the entrance to the parking lot, and two on the lawn for lawn maintenance.

This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
