Because it is newly built, the interior feels neat and cozy. Because it faces south, sunlight comes in well, so you can enjoy the afternoon in the living room. It's also good for healing. ☀️You can come and rest just like at my home We have carefully prepared hair ties, cotton swabs, cotton, a fan, a water purifier, bowls, a pot, a toaster, an electric rice cooker, an Illy coffee machine, and more. 📍Convenience facilities are also distributed within 1-5 minutes of each other. ** Important Notes ** > Please adhere to the checkout time as there is a set cleaning schedule. The next guests will be arriving immediately after you. If agreed upon in advance, a total of one hour extension is possible until 12:00, but there is an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per hour. > No eating or drinking on the bedding. Do not put used bedding in the drawers. Since we cannot determine usage status, everything must be washed. We ask for your cooperation for the environment. > Please separate and dispose of general waste (next to the sofa and bunk bed), recyclable waste (in the shoe cabinet), and food waste (in the sink). There are trash cans for each. Please tie the plastic bag tightly for food waste and place it in the designated bin. We will take care of the rest. > Please wash dishes thoroughly after use. Disposable sponges are provided. > You are responsible for compensation if items within the accommodation are damaged. (This includes damage to property, unremovable stains on bedding, etc.) > Please be sure to turn off the boiler and air conditioner when not in use! (Please be sure to check this when going out or checking out.) > Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Frying or grilling food is also prohibited. A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for odor removal if smoking or cooking (grilling/frying) food is involved. > Pets are not allowed. > Hot water is provided by default. If it does not work, please turn on the power at the boiler control panel next to the vanity on the first floor. > The TV monitor supports Netflix.
