More pleasant than a hotel# New high-rise# Quiet healing accommodation next to the library

It was a perfect accommodation by my standards. It was a newly built apartment in its second year, so it was so clean and well-organized and cleaned that when I opened the door and went in, I thought it was better than my own home. The complex was pretty, and there was a walking path, so I didn't get bored even if I didn't go outside. The view of the rice fields from the high floor was a bonus that gave me peace of mind. There were all the things I needed, and there were extra bedding. My daughter's family, 2 adults and 2 babies, visited during the weekend, which was not planned, and I asked the owner if they could sleep with me, and he readily agreed, so I was very grateful. Thanks to the quiet charm of Donghae City and the clean and neat accommodation, I definitely want to visit again. Thank you to the owner who lent me a new house.

A family of two adults and two children had a wonderful time here. The expansive, high-rise view was breathtakingly liberating. ^^ It was conveniently located to the hospital, Hanaro Mart, restaurants, bakeries, Daiso, and more by car. There's also a library just a five-minute walk from the house, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Since it's right at the entrance to Mureung Valley, it was easy to get there after a quiet rest at home. I'd love to visit again. ^^

I stayed here with my kids during the school break, and the house was incredibly clean. The open view was breathtaking and refreshing. Even without turning on the air conditioning, the breeze was nice and cool. The dryer and dishwasher were incredibly convenient. There were also a lot of good restaurants nearby, which was nice. I appreciated the attention to detail. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance.

My parents and three generations of children stayed here. It was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Donghae, this is a great place for families. Most places near Donghae were within 30-40 minutes. Thank you for renting such a clean house :)

We had such a great time at the newly built apartment at the entrance of Muling Valley. 2 adults, 2 children, we were very happy. First of all, it was so clean. The washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and ceiling-type air conditioner were all used well. I was so grateful that the owner took immediate action when I told him about the lack of dishes...^^ It was convenient because it was close to Hanaro Mart and the residential area (children's hospital, bakery, etc.). The high-rise view of the forest area is a must!! It was healing just to stay in the accommodation with the high-rise view that poured down like a painting. I want to visit again next time. I will go back with only good memories~~~^^

It was a really comfortable place, like my home. It was newly built, so the house was in good condition, and most of all, the forest path leading to the back of the apartment was really nice. It is a place I would definitely stay again.

I had a really comfortable stay. The breeze was cool and the view was great. I could even hear the cuckoo in the morning.

I came back to stay for a month. I would like to stay longer next time.
