A pretty one-room apartment next to Songjeong Embankment Road and Jungnangcheon Stream

I really liked this place, which I chose for my first week-long stay in Seoul, as it is located in a quiet area with convenient transportation. In particular, there is a wooden deck running along Jungnangcheon Stream right in front, so I saw many people walking or jogging in the mornings and evenings. Also, the host is very kind; they gave me detailed information about local restaurants and answered my inquiries immediately! They especially recommended that I go up to the 5th-floor rooftop to see the beautiful sunset view, so I enjoyed the panoramic view from there as well. I couldn't see the sunset because it rained, but the scenery before and after sunset was still wonderful. Thank you~^^ I tend to be sensitive to noise and dust, but this accommodation is just as clean and cozy as the photos, and it is equipped with everything I need, so it is very comfortable and great for a solo traveler (there is even a hairdryer and hangers~). Please note that it might be a bit cramped for two people! I really liked that I couldn't hear much traffic at night, and since it's a residential area, there didn't seem to be many cars around. It was quiet and peaceful, so the noise wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. Also, there is a bus stop right in front, and the subway station is only a few bus stops away, so it is very convenient for those who don't have a car like me. I highly recommend it! It was truly a place I loved! The room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience🫶 Although it's a bit far from the train station, I walked along the riverside running course every day and exercised with the fitness equipment before heading back, so it wasn't inconvenient at all lol (the bus stop is nearby!) The host was very kind and took me to the rooftop on my last day! I really didn't want to leave🥺 I would definitely like to use it again when I have a long-term stay

The host was very kind and accommodating right away, and we had a great time! Two people stayed there, and although it was a bit cramped for two, the bed could be expanded, so we were able to lie down and sleep comfortably :) It would be even more comfortable if you come alone. We ended up staying here because our moving dates didn't match up, and it was our first time in Songjeong-dong. First of all, this place is far from the station, but it's in a quiet neighborhood~ There's a cafe right outside, and there's a street lined with cafes. You can also go out to a walking trail right away. First of all, we brought all the necessities, so we stayed without missing anything, but if you arrive without anything, it would be better to ask the host. ㅎㅎㅎ Actually, I didn't think there would be toilet paper.. I brought toilet paper and bought trash bags.. ********ㅎ They provided the basics, so we had a great stay for a month!

The accommodation is clean and good for living alone. The Jungnangcheon Stream is in front of the accommodation, so it is good for walking and running. Konkuk University and Seongsu are close, so there are many good restaurants nearby and it is good for playing. I was a little bothered by the thumping sound coming from the upper floor in the morning and evening, whether it was the sound of machines or people.

Once you leave the building, you can exercise on the street. It's quiet in the evening, which is great. They listened to all my requests and it was comfortable, like my own home.
