Newly built officetel + located in the city center (a sense of rest +)

I rented a place near the hospital for 2 weeks because of my daughters' hospital internship, and I was really satisfied. The room was decorated neatly just like in the photos and videos, and I felt good from the moment I stepped in. The bedding and every corner of the house were kept clean, so I felt reassured while my daughters stayed there. Not only were tissues, kitchen supplies, refrigerator, microwave, dryer, and washing machine provided, but laundry detergent and dish soap were also thoughtfully prepared, so there was no inconvenience during our short stay. Most importantly, I was grateful for the owner's kind and responsive service. It's a place I'd like to recommend to those looking for a clean and safe accommodation. I apologize for the late review ㅜ I stayed for about a month and a half. The host was very kind. The apartment was well-equipped with furnishings, so I lived very comfortably. As for the room condition, since we lived in it like our own home, it was naturally good, but I think the location is the best. Located in Imdong, it was very close to the baseball stadium we love, so we visited frequently. We moved around Gwangju easily and quickly. I plan to use it again next time ^^

This is my first time in Gwangju. I decided to travel because I wanted to experience Gwangju in May. I chose this accommodation because I wanted easy transportation and safety was important to me as I was traveling with my daughter. The accommodation was clean and the interior decorations were all great. The space was well utilized. It was perfect for my daughter and I to open our desks and work. There is a Paris Baguette, convenience store, and coffee shop on the first floor. I wore comfortable clothes and came down to the cafe to read a book. If you walk a little, there is a side dish shop, tteokbokki, and chicken restaurant. The subway station and bus stop are close, so it was easy to get to and from the accommodation during the schedule. The largest Yangdong Market in Honam is also nearby. Personally, I was really grateful and happy that my husband joined us on the weekend and we had more people, but they kindly accepted us. (However, in this case, you have to discuss it in advance. We prepared simple bedding.) I also voted in advance during my stay at the accommodation. I had a very grateful and touching time experiencing various places in Gwangju. I am honored to have seen Gwangju in May. I had a great experience at a good accommodation. I will visit again when I have the chance~

It's close to the city center and the department store Mudeungsan. Below. It was nice because it had all the amenities. There's a walking path inside the apartment and a stream right next to it where you can exercise. It's also close to the subway station, which is a big plus. It's easy to move heavy luggage carriers. The room is pretty and smells good. It's the best in cleanliness👍👍 I think it was much cleaner than other rooms. I highly recommend it to those who have a neat personality. I'll stay well🙌

This accommodation was meticulously designed, so while it was small, it was packed with features. They always responded promptly, and the house was clean, allowing me to stay neat and tidy. I'd love to stay here again when I return to Gwangju. Perhaps because they're run with such confidence, I was able to enjoy my stay. It was a comfortable and satisfying stay, with a great location and the officetel and other amenities all very satisfying.

It was a new building, so it was clean and it was nice that there was an air purifier There was a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner, so I was able to live comfortably during my long-term stay!! It was really convenient because it was right on the first floor (convenience store, Paris Baguette, etc.)

It was clean and there were cute characters, explanations, and guides everywhere, cute picture frames, and props. It was also equipped with a dryer and air purifier, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a healing time in many ways.

It's nice that there's a dryer in the clean interior and interior accommodation~ The city infrastructure has all the essentials, such as cafes, marts, and convenience stores, so I recommend it if you're staying long term and want a quiet neighborhood~
