Stylish detached house for rent near Hamdeok, 1-minute walk to Sinchon Beach, with a jacuzzi

1. Location Hamdeok Beach is only a 15-minute drive away, making it an ideal location for accessing major tourist attractions in Jocheon-eup and Gujwa-eup! Personally, I highly recommend visiting Snoopy Garden, Bijarim, and Hamdeok Beach. 2. Facilities The oil boiler heated the house very quickly, and the house's stylish interior was incredibly relaxing. Sitting in front of the mirror in the master bedroom and taking photos added a hip touch! They even rented blankets, pillows, a microwave, coffee pot, and dishes for a reasonable price, making our stay incredibly comfortable! 3. Surroundings 3-1. Food: The bungeoppang and fish cakes sold at Akkeun Restaurant and GS25 were delicious! Akkeun Restaurant is a Western restaurant, but please note that it opens at 11 AM. 3-2. Markets and Amenities: Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is very close by, and there's a convenience store right in front of the house. Going out for groceries was incredibly convenient. 3-3. There's an independent bookstore called Bookcation near my house, and it was great to sit quietly and read a book! 4. Thanks to the friendly owner(?), I had a comfortable and warm stay!

I chose this as my second accommodation during my one-month stay in Jeju, and as soon as I checked in, I was amazed by how beautiful it was. The interior was well thought out, and most importantly, the warmth was wonderful! I stayed with my 16-month-old baby, and there was a high chair. The bedding was so soft, my baby slept well. And my husband was very pleased with the quiet neighborhood. There were also convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, which was convenient (the bungeoppang sold at the convenience store is delicious. I always bought it. You should definitely try it). There were also many good restaurants nearby, so on bad days, we often ate around the house (pasta, meat, mackerel sashimi, rice topped with raw fish, cafes, etc.). Hamdeok Island was also nearby, so we visited often. Oh, and the washer/dryer function was super convenient! Coupang was available, and we had a great stay without any inconveniences. It's a shame that two weeks passed so quickly, but if I have another chance, I'd love to stay here again. We had a great time!

It was our first spontaneous family trip to Jeju Island. Since my sister's schedule overlapped with ours, we looked at several places, and we chose this house because it was beautiful. Even though the previous guest had just checked out and cleaning was in progress on the day of arrival, thank you for kindly allowing us to drop off our luggage and letting the kids change into their swimsuits comfortably. We originally booked for 6 nights and 7 days, but due to an urgent schedule, we checked out two days early, which is unfortunate, but we stayed comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. The house has a good selection of dishes and a compact rice cooker. It was quite nice overall. I initially thought bedding was included, but after checking the detailed description and reviews, I found out it wasn't. However, there was a rental option available, so we used it conveniently. There's a convenience store nearby (open until 1 AM), and I was surprised that Dak Meor Coastal Road is only 3-5 minutes away by car. We went to watch the sunrise but didn't catch the right time, but it was really beautiful, so please definitely visit!

It was definitely the best among all my Jeju trips hehe~ I came here to create memories of a 10-day stay with my 5-month-old baby before my husband goes back to work~ We chose Jocheon because they said there's a university hospital nearby for pediatric emergencies while still being a quiet neighborhood, and it was such a great choice. The days spent slowly walking around the neighborhood and gazing at the sea were far more memorable and happy than the days we drove far away! The neighborhood was so beautiful and lovely hehe~ There are several accommodations nearby, but the merit of Hana Mart and convenience stores being within a 3-minute walk is huge! It was so convenient~ And the accommodation itself was so pretty that I was so impressed when we first arrived, thinking we made such a great choice! I felt the host's care in every corner, which made our stay even happier! I want to go again next year~ We're leaving with such joyful memories hehe~ See you next year!

When I first planned a trip with my kids, the most important thing I considered was accommodation, and I was so satisfied. It was both comfortable and clean, just like home. The amenities near the house were well-equipped, and the alleyways were cozy. I'm taking home only good memories from the week.

I had a very satisfying week-long trip to Jeju Island. Usually, when booking accommodations, I'm often disappointed when I check in and see the real thing, rather than the photos. But this time, the accommodation I chose was clean and spacious, and I had a great time.

It's a shame that I couldn't upload photos. We spent a week comfortably as if we were at our own home. I'd like to visit again next time we go to Jeju Island.
