Washing machines, dryers, and microwaves are for shared use. ⭕ A contract must be drawn up for long-term contracts (e.g., 15-day stays, 1-month stays). ⭕ Air conditioners and heating must be turned off when leaving or checking out. (They are managed via a control system, or the manager can turn them off manually inside the room.) ⭕ Smoking is prohibited within the condo (a fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed and eviction will be enforced if smoking is detected) - The security deposit will not be returned. ⭕ Guests are responsible for compensating for any damage to facilities and furnishings, as well as stains on bedding, at market rates. (Please be especially careful to avoid food stains on bedding.) ⭕ There is an additional charge for guests other than the guest (friends, acquaintances, etc.) staying overnight. (10,000 KRW per person/day; additional bedding: 10,000 KRW/designated guest; 30,000 KRW for stays of 2 weeks or more.) ⭕ The contract holder must not transfer or allow anyone other than the contract holder to use the room. (For long-term contracts) ⭕ If the room is not in its original condition upon move-in after the contract expires, a cleaning fee (50,000/70,000 KRW) will be charged from the security deposit. ⭕ Upon check-out after the contract period ends, the security deposit will be subject to an inspection of the room. Costs related to damage, such as room damage, broken furnishings, and cleaning, will be deducted from the deposit. ⭕ All personal belongings in the room must be taken with you upon the expiration of your stay. If items are not taken away, the manager will remove them at their discretion (fees will be charged if disposal costs are incurred). ⭕ You must handle cleaning and laundry yourself. ⭕ For fire prevention purposes, the use of portable burners, electric heating appliances (heaters, radiators, etc.), and cooking using barbecue grills are prohibited within the condo. ⭕ We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the negligence of guests. ⭕ Pets are not allowed in the rooms. ⭕ Please refrain from behaviors that cause discomfort to other guests, such as indiscriminate entertainment, drinking, or loud noise. ⭕ It is not permitted to arbitrarily change the position of furniture, such as beds, or to attach items (such as hangers) to walls, refrigerators, or sinks. ⭕ When using the condo parking lot, the user is responsible for the maintenance and care of their vehicle; the condo is not responsible for valuables in the guest rooms or vehicles. ⭕ For the sake of other guests, we kindly ask that you keep quiet after 10:00 PM. (Please be sure to observe proper etiquette.)
