24 pyeong three-room apartment in Chodang-dong near the sea

The host meticulously prepared everything for us, making our two weeks in Gangneung incredibly comfortable. Parking was a bit inconvenient, but that was unavoidable. The location was excellent. Gangmun Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is plentiful with restaurants, cafes, and other tourist-friendly amenities. We cooked a lot of meals at the accommodation, and Hanaro Mart and a side dish shop were conveniently located within a 10-minute walk. This was a great place to stay in Gangneung, and I highly recommend it!

It was really great. There was a washing machine, the house was clean and quiet, and it was close to the beach. I think I had a wonderful time staying for about a month. Everything was great, and the landlady was very kind. The supermarket is close by, and parking didn't seem to be a problem at all. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The proximity to the beach and the quiet environment were really wonderful. There were many dining options nearby, which was very convenient. I loved it so much that I would have liked to stay for a month if I had more time.

The owner's attention to detail in the simple house was the best. It was great for a morning walk to the beach, and the nearby restaurants and Chodangsun Pier were great too. The old lady next door who greeted me first, and the resident who waited for me to the end when I was lingering about parking were all warm. From the Kongmil Cafe on the back street to the coffee on the terrace, there's even a small library, so there's no time to be idle. Four women were impressed by the attention to detail in the household items, which were all there: emergency medicine, dishes, trash bags, coffee drippers, and even an egg boiler. If given another chance, I'll come back without hesitation. I decided to unconditionally recommend it as the best value for money~

The location is very good. You can walk to the restaurants in seconds. There are many places where parking is difficult, but it was nice to walk. The owner is kind. The house is clean, and it was good because it was well-equipped with the necessities for daily life. There was no damage to the apartment even when the typhoon came. I had a good time and rested well with a leisurely schedule at an affordable price. ^^

There are many good restaurants near the accommodation, and Gangmun Beach is within walking distance, so it was nice. I was able to make a lot of good memories. The parking lot is small, but there are many parking spaces near the apartment.

The host is a person who is good at contacting right away. I got a refund of 200,000 won from the maximum utility bill of 100,000 won. The location is good. There are many good restaurants nearby. I spent a month walking around Gyeongpo Lake every day. There is no beam projector. (It was hard to spend time at home on a day with a lot of fine dust without a TV.) You have to change the password right away when you arrive. (Since it was put up for sale, I was really surprised when the real estate agent pressed the password..ㅠㅠIt was such an absurd situation without even calling in advance to understand.) There was no table, so I had to spread out the table and eat, so it was a little difficult. (There is a big table, but it is not good for eating..) Since the management is from far away, there are some places where the attention to detail is sloppy. Cleaning status. Bedding management. **Replenishment.. There were a few incidents, but they responded right away, so I spent a month well.

Located in Chodang-dong, it was good for sightseeing and perfect for a trip. The host was so kind and.. I was touched by the thoughtfulness of contacting us to see if there were any inconveniences during our 10-day stay~!!! It was a comfortable accommodation that I would like to use again later. The utility bills are deducted from the deposit separately from the accommodation price, but.. the utility bills were also taken care of thanks to the host. There were beds in each room, so it was good for a large family to stay. It had a spacious *** sense, and the veranda was remodeled and wide, so it was good for exercising^^ We wrote a review with five stars because there were almost no inconveniences during our stay..^^ Others, don't hesitate and choose this house.ㅎ

The accommodation was located in Chodang-dong, so it was good for traveling anywhere in Gangneung. Since it was in an apartment, it was convenient to use the facilities such as the parking lot, trash separation collection area, playground, and convenience store. There were plenty of beds, so it was perfect for families with children to stay. The host (manager) contacted us whenever we needed and responded kindly~ However, I was a little cautious because the host left small items that he used personally behind, so I was worried that the children might touch them. I thought it would be a good idea to collect them in a box or something and organize them in one corner of the warehouse.
