I really liked it. It was a great place for a family of four, including mom, dad, and 36-month-old twins. The room was spacious, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, so the kids could run around freely. It was medium-sized, so it was great for spending time with the kids. The layout was designed so that the inside couldn't be seen from the outside, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was so much fun. I'll be back again.

✅️Please check before booking Disappointing review due to payment information discrepancies and insufficient guidance I visited with high expectations for a family trip, but the discrepancies between the Live Anywhere information and the actual operating conditions were so disconcerting that I was left disappointed. For the benefit of future guests, I'd like to share some areas that need improvement. ✅️1. Issues with utility bill information and billing methods When making a reservation, utilities were listed as included in the information at the top of the page and during the payment process. However, the day before check-out, I received a separate text message informing me of the charge. Upon checking, I discovered that the management fee was listed separately at the bottom. While it stated this was due to app policy, Live Anywhere stated that hosts are prohibited from charging separate utility bills and that guests are not obligated to pay. I was told that I had already paid and that receiving a refund would be difficult. The billing system needs to be adjusted to reflect the management fee and comply with regulations. Excessive management and utility bills: I was charged a total of ₩188,250, including gas, for a 6-night stay. Even though it wasn't midwinter (maintained at 24 degrees), I was very surprised to see the management fee of 15,000 won, and the gas bill alone was over 150,000 won, which I assumed was included in the management fee. ✅️2. Facility status differs from the photos and prior notice. Courtyard access prohibited: The main photo highlights the bonfire and barbecue in the courtyard, and I was told prior to reservation that they were available. However, the day before check-in, they informed me that they were only available outside and that I could enjoy the bonfire in the courtyard if I wanted, but that I would have to pay for the small bonfire. I effectively gave up on using the courtyard. Aging and absence of facilities: The tea table in the photo didn't actually exist, and the table I requested was an old wooden table with spiderwebs. After requesting, I inquired about the possibility of differences from the photos and added a note stating that the bonfire and barbecue were available outdoors. However, to avoid disappointment, the images of the unavailable facilities need to be updated to avoid disappointment. ✅️3. Poor communication and inaccurate guidance Slow and one-sided communication: The host provided no further guidance until 12:50 PM on the day of check-in. Regarding inquiries during the stay, I received a text message at 4:51 PM to my inquiry in the morning. However, I never received a response to a text message requesting text guidance. Incorrect information provided: I went to the designated trash disposal location (Clean House), but the information was incorrect, preventing me from using it. I ended up having to search the portal and take my own waste to the recycling center. ✅️[Overall Review] The information provided on Live Anywhere, my first impression of the property, the text message, and the information provided in the property all differed, leaving me confused throughout my stay. (e.g., barbecue availability and location, trash disposal location, blanket laundry availability, etc.) In particular, the differing positions of Live Anywhere and the host regarding non-inclusive management fees turned what should have been a fun family trip into a "worry-filled trip." This was extremely disappointing. For the sake of future guests, we strongly recommend that you provide accurate advance notice and updates on the status of the facilities.

Friendly host A spacious space leading to the living room with two rooms There are various contents (Jacuzzi bath, beam projector) so you can feel Jeju inside the house without going out, and it was a place that helped me have a very enjoyable 9-day trip because Gwakji Beach is nearby. The management fee is also reasonable.
