About this place

Being on the 3rd floor, it is convenient to take the stairs when you are in a hurry. The natural light is always good, so laundry dries quickly. It features built-in furniture for ample storage space and supports Wi-Fi and OTT. The TV was upgraded to a 43-inch LG Smart TV in October 2026, allowing for Netflix. The desk pulls out to serve as a dining table. The queen bed was replaced in October 2026, and the sofa is a hygienic foldable leather bed type; it has a cup holder section when unfolded in the center. Blankets, pads, and pillows (4 pieces) are provided, along with cooking utensils, a mop, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes drying rack. Toilet paper is provided for a one-week stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided; please bring your own for long-term stays. There is a large laundromat in the basement. Please refer to the photos for surrounding details. One-year stays are welcome. Monthly rent is 500,000 KRW, and the security deposit is 2,000,000 KRW. As it is a lodging business, title transfer is not possible.
