Convenience store and dry cleaner right in front of the building. Large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. City bus stop within a 3-minute walk. Yatap Station (Suin-Bundang Line) within a 5-minute drive (transfer buses arrive every 1 minute). Right in front of the Tapgol Park hiking trail. Yuldong Park and Jungang Park within a 10-minute drive. Starting point of the Tancheon tributary walking trail. Close to Pangyo Digital Valley. It is a forest apartment complex in Bundang, but it feels like you are resting in a Gangwon-do Pyeongchang pension. It is very quiet and the air is good, unlike the city center. Parking is free and you will enjoy the quiet feeling. For shopping or food, you can use the Yatap Station commercial area. There are 4 bus routes to Yatap Station, so they run every minute. The walking path or hiking trail behind the house is fantastic. Feel the peace of waking up to the sound of birds in the morning.
