A small, cozy single-family home with a deck yard near Mukho Beach, fully remodeled in 2024. Up to 2 adults and 2 minor children can be added to the room. (2 adults + 2 adults not allowed) This is a place where the ocean view from the living room and yard is a feast for the eyes. You can use the warm interior and cute yard exclusively. There is a private tech yard inside the house, making it a great place to spend time with kids. You can enjoy the camping experience with a camping table and camping chairs for 4 people. There is also no inter-floor noise, which is a unique advantage. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. There are not many neighboring houses, so you can stay in a quiet and private place. It is a nature-friendly place with a mountain next to the house and the sea in front. There is a small garden right in front of the house, so if the season is right, you can pick lettuce, peppers, and blueberries. You can park at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the house, or in the village public parking lot located next door. It is a great place to enjoy sightseeing and also rest quietly as it is near the famous tourist destinations of Donghae, Mukho Beach and Nongoldamgil. There are beaches nearby, so you can enjoy swimming and playing in the sand. There are some areas in the bedroom and kitchen that do not have floor heating, so we use electric mats and electric heaters instead.

Electricity, water, and gas usage fees vary depending on the season, so after you check the usage, the amount will be deducted from the deposit and the deposit will be refunded. In winter, the living room and master bedroom can be heated with floor heating (boiler) / Some parts of the bedroom and kitchen do not have floor heating, so an electric bed mat and electric heater are used. Absolutely no smoking indoors Absolutely no indoor fire use allowed (lighters/event candles, personal firearms, etc.) Foods that produce a lot of smoke and smell, such as barbecue and grilled fish, cannot be cooked indoors. BBQ available on outdoor yard deck (Burners and grills are available, but you must bring your own butane gas cans, wire mesh, etc.) Utensils and accessories used in portable gas burners and barbecues must be washed after use. Use the grill on the wooden deck in the yard when barbecuing and be careful of damage to the deck caused by fire. (Guests are responsible for restoring the deck to its original condition and for compensation in case of deck damage) No outdoor parties, drinking, or making loud noises after 9 p.m. Pets are not allowed in the room without prior consent (if found, you will be evicted without refund) Principle of responsibility for restoration and compensation in case of clogged toilet and sink drains due to guest's fault All other indoor and outdoor items are responsible for restoring them to their original condition in case of damage or contamination due to guest negligence. (In case restoration to original condition is not possible, compensation is the principle) Due to the nature of the house located on the mountain and by the sea, refund requests due to bugs and insects inside and outside are not possible. (Electric fly swatter and insecticide available) Due to the nature of seaside houses, moisture and mold may occur due to indoor moisture during the rainy season and during rainy weather. Refund requests due to this are not possible. (A dehumidifier can be used depending on the home environment) Please separate trash/wash dishes/dispose of food waste before leaving. Any remaining items after check-out will be sent by courier at your expense, and any food or beverages left behind will be disposed of.
