💚 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and parking on nearby side streets is available depending on the time zone. 💚 There is a bus stop and taxi stand within 1-2 minutes walking distance. 💚 About 4 minutes by car from Dujeong Station, Sinbu-dong Cheonan Integrated Bus Terminal (2km) 💚 It takes about 6 minutes (3km) by car from Cheonan IC. 💚 There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. 💚 There are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores, Seongjeong Park, banks, restaurants, cafes, and hospitals/clinics within a 1-2 minute walk. 💚 You can stay quietly and safely as there is an elementary school next to the accommodation. * The room faces south and gets plenty of sunlight, making it warm and cozy in the winter :) * You can stay comfortably in a separate studio * You can go to a convenience store (within 100m), Daiso, and a large mart nearby. I hope you will have a comfortable stay during your stay. * It is a one-room, but it is large enough for two people to stay in, and it is a separate one-room. It's nice that food smells don't get in. * It has two large closets, so it's perfect for those who have a lot of stuff or need a temporary place to live because their moving dates don't match up :) * If you go out on the main road, there is a bus stop and a taxi stand, so it is easy to get anywhere.
