10 minutes by car: convenience store, cafe, restaurant, Hanaro Mart There is a community center and playground within a 1-minute walk. My parents chose the location one by one to make it their second home. Since this is a house that I personally designed, it was built sturdily with good materials. The air and water are clean. It is an area that uses groundwater, so it is safe to drink it as is. It is characterized by extremely clean water. The living room and the third room were built with walls made of yellow clay. It helps you sleep well and has windows that let you enjoy the view from all over the living room. You can always see beautiful nature and mountain ridges. The yard also has a lawn and gardening as a hobby. You can see wild flowers that change with each season. The LG 75-inch TV and recliner sofa in the living room It's great for watching movies comfortably We also chose the bedding in the bedroom to use ourselves. It has a mattress and blanket, so you can get a good night's sleep. There is a Miele washing machine in the bathroom, so you can do your laundry without any problems even during long-term stays. You can park one vehicle in the middle of the yard. You can lay down on a beanbag in the front yard :) I also stayed in the house for several months. We are proud to offer you the chance to enjoy the country life you've been dreaming of. The backyard is equipped with a Weber 57 grill and an outdoor table and parasol. You can enjoy barbecue. Ah, if you just bring firewood, you can enjoy a fire without any problems.
