The location is absolutely great.

stayed at this stay for 3 months and I loved my time there. Firstly, the landlord is one of the nicest people I have communicated with. They are quick to reply, so kind and I loved how they decorated the officetel, making it bright and cosy. The officetel has the main things someone needs to cook simple meals and live well. Secondly, the location of the officetel is perfect. Hapjeong station exit (line 2 green and 6 brown) and bus stop is right below the officetel; there 3 convenient stores nearby and Homeplus across the road. Mangwon market is also just 10 minutes by bus, and from Incheon Airport, there is a direct bus and takes just 1 hour. Hongdae / Yeonnam-dong is a nice 25 minute walk. Thirdly, the officetel is surrounded by good restaurants! I would like to thank the landlord again for their kindness, and will definitely stay here again if I come back to Seoul.

First of all, when I contacted the host, I felt kindness even in the text message~ The house I arrived at was so clean and comfortable, so it was great. The location is really the best!!! The station entrance was right outside! And there are many amenities nearby, such as things to do and eat. There is some noise from the road nearby, but I got used to it quickly. I wanted to stay longer, but I was disappointed because there were reservations behind me. I'll visit again next time~!

I stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. As mentioned on the site, it is located in the super-close vicinity, so the surrounding infrastructure such as transportation, shopping, and dining was very convenient and satisfactory. The room is spacious enough for 1.2 people, cozy, and clean. I didn't meet the host, but he was kind and I got a 100% refund of my deposit. I will stay here again if I have the chance!

It is right in front of Hapjeong Station Exit 4, so it is close to the station, clean, and has good facilities. I also stayed there for about a month because of house remodeling, and I was comfortable without any inconvenience. Even the smallest details are meticulously prepared.
