The first floor is narrower than in the photos. It only has a small kitchen and a dining table (be careful of the light above the table—it seems to be installed at an odd angle). Don't be surprised if some insects unique to Jeju occasionally come inside. The second floor is more spacious and pleasant than expected. In summer, the third floor becomes like a sauna, so it might be better to use the second floor as a bedroom (I bring an air mattress separately). The partition cabinet on the wall is very useful. The third floor is private, but it gets extremely hot in summer. You won't know unless you experience it yourself... Be careful as the bathroom floor can be slippery. The mattress and bedding are quite nice. After using the dryer, make sure to empty the water container and clean the filter. I tried to use the outdoor deck, but there were so many insects and mosquitoes in the grass that I couldn't do things like barbecue. Even if there were no insects, the table and chairs seem a bit awkward anyway. Everyone seems to use it as a drying rack. The neighborhood is very quiet and many people come for monthly stays, so it's not particularly crowded. The parking space is shared in the yard, and if there's no space, you can park on the road. The gate doesn't seem like it would lock automatically, but it does. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but the owner called a repair person and took care of it right away. The refrigerator is quite small. (If you lower the freezer temperature, the refrigerator won't work properly, so it's better to keep it at standard settings.) If you don't dispose of food waste right away, insects and animals can gather due to Jeju's characteristics. After 8 PM, the neighborhood becomes really quiet and cozy. It seems like a good place for a family to spend about two weeks in Jeju. Especially, there are more hidden restaurants near Sehwa, close to the accommodation, than expected. Doldam Chicken, Buckwheat's Hometown, Yam Yam Pork Cutlet, Fat Mackerel, Sehwa Oil Market Snack Bar, and so on. Conan Beach and nearby beaches are great if you drive along the coastal road—no traffic lights and beautiful scenery. If you just follow the coastline instead of using GPS, you'll find everything. Considering the price, accessibility, and quality of the accommodation, this seems like a very good choice.
