A two-room detached house in the countryside in front of the East Sea (independent house)

I really appreciated how quickly the host responded. The condition of the house matched the description perfectly and was kept very clean. Living was convenient with Donghae downtown, convenience stores, and bus stops nearby, and most importantly, the neighborhood atmosphere was wonderful. Thanks to the kind host, I was able to spend a pleasant and comfortable time.

Since I've used this place before last year, it feels cozy and comfortable like home, and I'm able to rest well. I'd like to use it again in 2027. Wishing you happiness always.

We had a wonderful Chuseok holiday, using it as a family gathering place. It rained the entire two nights and three days our family was visiting, making outdoor activities difficult, so we mostly stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed some quality time with family, enjoying snacks, chatting, and playing games. The area around the hotel allowed for walks, fishing, and water play, so there were plenty of activities to enjoy without having to venture far. Being a country house, it was a bit inconvenient at first, but we adapted within a day. The layout of the house, unlike typical city homes, made it incredibly fun for my young nephew. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that my family complained about the sewer smell coming from the master bathroom at night, making it difficult to sleep. Perhaps it was the rain, or perhaps it was simply the countryside, but perhaps it was unavoidable. Next time, I'd like to find a place like this, with plenty of nearby activities, where I can do everything from home. With two bathrooms and a reasonable rent, this place is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

I always wanted to live by the ocean with my kids, and this house fulfilled my dreams! The rooms were spacious, so all five of us lived in one, and the two bathrooms were convenient. Since it was right on the ocean, we enjoyed playing in the water and even went fishing on the breakwater every night. We had all the cooking utensils and dishes, but we didn't have any seasonings, so we brought our own. There was a Daiso a short drive away, so we used whatever we needed. I grew up in the countryside, so I had no trouble staying here (think of it as my grandmother's house in the countryside). There was a yard and running water, so it was nice to wash sand, swim tubes, and hang them out to dry. The host was very friendly and responded to my inquiries promptly! Thank you! ^^

I was looking for a place to stay in the countryside for a week, as I couldn't go on summer vacation. The host was kind and informed us in detail before check-in, so there were no inconveniences. It rained all week, which was a bit disappointing, but my husband and I, who don't usually live in the countryside, really enjoyed the atmosphere of a seaside village. The location is perfect, as we can walk to Dojjaebigol Sky Valley, Nongoldamgil, Mukho Market, cafes, and restaurants. The coastal paths on both sides of the house made it a joy to walk my dog while looking out at the ocean. After a hectic week, we had a relaxing and healing experience. We'll be back again next year!

The room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, it was quiet, and the swimming and fishing were all great. I had a great vacation.

I thought swimming would be difficult in September, but the ocean temperature was good, so I had fun swimming. Since the ocean is right in front of the accommodation, there are many advantages, such as fishing and swimming. I looked forward to the rooftop, but it was hard to use, so I just went across the street to the observatory park to watch the sunrise and enjoy the breeze in the evening. You can park anywhere on the street, but it seems better to park in the shade of the harbor parking lot during the day. The fishermen said that long-term parking is not allowed, but they don't say anything for a few hours during the day. If you go to Dojjaebigol Sky Valley, you must ride the slide. It's thrilling. The cafe on the hill has a great view and is cool and nice. Oh, and the sink faucet is the opposite of hot and cold water. Be careful with your hands. Anyway, I had a great week in late summer in Donghae. The owner was kind and nice.

At first, I was worried because it was in front of the port, but it seemed to be the cleanest port I've ever been to, so I took a walk to the lighthouse and took an evening walk to Mukho Port and had a good rest. I'm grateful to the host for being so kind.
