Although it is a semi-basement, it is well-ventilated, gets sunlight, and is not humid due to the unobstructed view; the condition is excellent. There are 3 rooms, with beds in each room, for a total of 4. Convenient living facilities such as Gaebeong Market, supermarkets, hospitals, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes are right next door. Costco is a 5-minute drive away, as are two major university hospitals near Nambu Circular Road and Gimpo Airport. Subway: 26 minutes to Seoul Station, 30 minutes to Jongno. Gwangmyeong Market is close by. Come comfortably with just your belongings and relax. ^,^ Inside Gaebeong Market, there are local favorites for fried chicken and pig's trotters. There are many great restaurants nearby, such as Grandma's Loach Soup (40-year tradition) and Son's Fresh Duck Buffet. Local snack shops are a 5-minute drive away.
