I stayed from 5/28 to 6/3 in 2023. This place is completely unprepared for overnight guests. I tried to cancel right after reading the reviews, but they said I couldn't get a refund in a few hours, 1. The cleaning was not done at all 2. In the washing machine, there was rotten urine. Foreign substances. Water leaks. 3. The floor was not cleaned properly (sticky) 4. Water leaks from the window when it rained 5. The bathroom was not cleaned at all 6. The view (nothing to see, far from the beach) 7. It was far to throw away the trash, and there was a set day, so I had a hard time throwing it away by car. 8. It's better not to expect barbecue. Since I was bringing my dog, I chose a private house, but I realized that the conditions were bad and wanted to change the accommodation, but the host said there was no accommodation, and I paid 50,000 won per dog, 3 cleaning fees, went out in the morning, and came back in the evening, couldn't rest, and it was no joke. It seems like they went on a trip and checked the accommodation for problems. It's so absurd that they welcome guests without even checking what the problems are. There are about 6 accommodations, but each host is different, and the accommodation we stayed at was in the front, so it looked a little clean to walk around. I only looked at the pictures (old pictures), and the actual place was very different. I regret my decision. The host said sorry. I'm sorry, but in the end, I decided not to charge the utility bills. There are many accommodations near the beach. My illusions about Jeju Island were shattered while staying here. I hope you have a minimum of conscience and preparation. If you are a small and beautiful Jeju resident, you should know how to protect and maintain it, and maintain guests from other places. I feel regretful that you can't protect this island, and I feel that it is because of the corona virus, and I feel that people from other places are treated with indifference only for profit, so I feel very sorry for Jeju Island.

I got drenched at 3 AM on a rainy day, cleaned up, and put on a show. The upper floor is open without a door, and the glass window facing the living room has no curtains or blinds. When I moved in on the first day, the washing machine leaked, there was no barbecue equipment, the bidet didn't work, and the Wi-Fi didn't work at Mureung 4th branch, so I asked the host to improve it, but there was no improvement until I checked out. I just said I wouldn't use the bidet, and I could use the Wi-Fi on a rainy day, so I used it at the very end. The rain leaks didn't improve because there was no answer. The romance of living in Jeju is the fun of grilling meat in the evening while looking at the stars in the garden, but I asked three times, and they said they would go and give it to me, but they never provided it. Even if the price is cheap, shouldn't there at least be feedback on guests' requests for improvement because they are uncomfortable? A host who asks for a 50,000 won deposit for dog cleaning on the day of check-in and then doesn't fulfill their obligations after that... The policy of Live Anywhere, which doesn't allow changes or improvements to the Jeju accommodation that I went to to make good memories, seems to need improvement. At least, even if it's a local brand and cheaper than Airbnb, shouldn't better service be a priority? Regarding the 500,000 won deposit settlement, there should be guidance on when and how the settlement and refund will be made.
