A small house in the forest between Sandong Arboretum and Recreational Forest, with a mountain lake view

After spending a week in Yeosu where you can see the sea when you open your eyes, I arrived here. There were many compliments about the scenery in the reviews, so I came with high expectations, and it was worth it! When I arrived at this small house in the forest and looked at the view... it was the best mountain view I've ever seen. The scenery was beautiful from the living room and from all 5 windows in the second-floor bedroom. The tableware and supplies were well-stocked, and the bedding was prepared cleanly and generously. I was very satisfied with the restaurants, cafes, and bakeries that were recommended. I also enjoyed the eggplants and peppers from the vegetable garden^^ Thanks to the host's thoughtfulness, I was able to spend time comfortably with my parents and two children. Throughout our stay, you continuously guided us via text messages and took care of us so we wouldn't have any inconveniences. Thank you so much. I was worried that 6 days in the mountains might be boring, but we spent it leisurely and enjoyably with Suerak Waterfall, nearby temples, Gurye Oil Market, hot springs, and more. Every evening we played badminton on the soft grass yard, caught dragonflies... it became an unforgettable summer vacation for the children. The two-story house is so pretty that the kids said they wish it was our home^^ We had a wonderful stay. If the opportunity comes, I definitely want to come back again.

As soon as I arrived, I was like, "Wow~~" The location was so tempting, and the owner's friendly restaurant recommendations were fantastic. They also provided a decent amount of daily necessities, so I didn't have to prepare much. Personally, I thought the second floor was really cool, with a smart TV and just the right amount of interior lighting. If I have the chance, I'd love to stay here again. Even though it was winter, it wasn't cold at all. The owner recommended Daebap, a bakery in Gurye.

The path up was quite steep, but it was a really great experience. The house is clean with a TV and soundbar perfect for enjoying music and movies, and the kitchen tools are very well equipped. If you have any questions, the owner kindly and quickly answers them. The restaurants and places to visit recommended by the owner were also very helpful. It's a place I'd like to visit again next time.

It was a perfect retreat. It was quiet, warm, and comfortable. The memories of gathering and steaming chestnuts and sharing stories while watching the stars at night will stay with me forever.

The neighborhood is quiet and the arboretum is really nice for taking walks.

My mom and I stayed here, and the kids kept going up and down, saying that the unusual house structure was fun. There was a 5-day market and a museum for a week~ Since it was free admission for families with multiple children, we went there every day to play. The countryside is so rich in benefits for families with multiple children~~^^ The experience of the medicinal spring bathhouse below was also new. I've been fascinated by the colors of Namhae for several years, and then I went to Suncheon's beauty~ After watching Mr. Sunshine, I really liked Hadong, but I didn't have time for Gurye, so I passed~~ But through Live Anywhere, I found a house with a great view that was neither too big nor too small! I was possessed by something and made a reservation in a hurry. The interior was really clean, and the bedding was clean, and the sound on the second floor... While watching the movie Sinkhole with the kids, the youngest got scared and hid far away in bed, thinking it was a real earthquake. Haha I looked up at the sky for the first time on my way home late at night, and there were so many stars. It was the night with the most stars I've ever seen since becoming an adult. The kids kept taking pictures, saying it was the first sky full of stars in their lives. There were more stars than Anbandegi in Gangwon-do. It's Jirisan after all~~! The house was warm even though the weather was below zero. How much better it would be in spring when the grass is green and sprouting~ I miss Jirisanjang already. Lastly, the house is high. The path up is short, but the angle is quite steep, so it's quite dizzying going down than going up^^;;; Since the floor area is covered with cement, If you can overcome your inner fear! It's not dangerous. There's no fence in the yard, so I kept being careful with my 6-year-old.
