This accommodation boasts excellent accessibility, taking approximately 15 minutes by car to Mokpo's major tourist attractions! It is a completely private house used by only one group at a time, offering a quiet and private stay surrounded by the sea and a bamboo forest right in front. Enjoy a peaceful healing time while watching the ocean and beautiful sunset unfold before your eyes. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room, a fireplace and terrace, a meticulously tended garden, and a vast yard. A barbecue grill is provided outdoors, and you can also enjoy the fireplace or a campfire. While we do our best to maintain the property, please note that due to the nature of a country house, insects may enter from the outside. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. (Refunds due to this are not possible.) As we use an oil boiler, you will be responsible for the cost of household kerosene used for heating from October to March. Since the insulation is quite good, the charges will not be substantial. There are no separate utility charges during this period. Please take note!

As we use an oil boiler, please note that in addition to the daily maintenance fee of 2,000 KRW, you will be required to settle the cost of any oil used.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.

  • When making a reservation for an overseas stay, please enter your name exactly as shown on your passport. Incorrect entries may result in issues at check-in or upon cancellation.
