Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house (living room, hallway, bathroom). - Please be aware that being caught smoking indoors will result in a fine of 100,000 KRW and forced eviction. 5. Please be careful, as you will be responsible for full compensation for any damage to property or contamination of bedding caused by personal negligence. 6. Please place food waste in designated garbage bags and dispose of them in the bins on the first floor. Please ensure that recyclable waste is properly separated and disposed of at the entrance on the first floor.
