Newly built 17-story apartment with ocean view and mountain view in front of Sacheonjin Beach

The friendly host, clean accommodations, and great location were all perfectly balanced. The property was particularly well-maintained, making for a delightful week. If the dates work out for my summer vacation next year, I'd 100% return.

This is my third visit^^ The house is clean and comfortable, so I stay here every time I come to Gangneung! It's a cool house in the summer and very warm in the winter!

It's a spacious, new apartment for a family of four, so it's very clean and in great condition. There are restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is close by.

The accommodation is very clean and the appliances and tableware are in great condition. The location is very close to Sacheon Beach and there is a bakery called Busungdang right in front which is really delicious. I lined up at 5:30 to buy one and when I got there around 6:50, it was already sold out and closed. There is a convenience store and a no-brand burger shabu-shabu restaurant in the apartment complex so it was good to eat. It was hard to move a long distance because I was traveling to Gangwon-do with my kids, but it was so comfortable and nice to come to the accommodation. The kids also like it. Parking is convenient. Oh, the deposit seems a little expensive, but don't worry too much!!!!!!!! They return almost everything right away except for what you used on the day you check out. ^--^ Oh, it rained heavily on the last day so I checked out about 2 hours late, but thank you so much for your consideration. I had a good time.

It seemed like all the appliances were new because it was newly built. It smelled a bit new, but I think it was because we were the first ones there, and I think it would be better if the smell went away over time. It had all the necessary appliances and furniture, and there were basic items, so I had a comfortable stay. There is a GS convenience store in the apartment complex, and a Shabu Shabu restaurant is preparing to open, so it would be more convenient to use once it opens in the complex. The host was also very kind, and I had a great time in a clean place for a week^^

The host's welcome was very kind. The furniture and props provided were sufficient for a two-week stay, and they were comfortable enough. I was traveling from LA, USA, but it was so nice that I felt like I was renting a house from someone I knew. I could feel the landlord's meticulous consideration. Thank you again.

The host was kind and easy to contact, so I had a comfortable stay. I stayed in the house in the summer, but the house itself was cool and really clean, probably because it was newly built. I was with my child, and it was really nice that there was a dryer.
