[Usage Etiquette] 0. Please use the room next to the bedroom as a personal storage space and only as a dressing room to store carriers. 1. Please close the door lock cover when entering and exiting, and be as quiet as possible in the hallways out of consideration for other residents. 2. Please take off your shoes when entering the building. 3. After 10 p.m., please turn down the TV volume in the living room and keep the front door and windows closed. 4. Please simply clean up the dishes and kitchen utensils you used when you check out. 5. Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and all lights before going to bed or leaving the room. 6. Loss, damage, contamination - In case of loss, damage, or contamination, the laundry fee or purchase price will be charged. *Laundry fee/Carpet, curtain 30,000 won, bedding 10,000 won, towel 3,000 won (examples of contamination~hair dye, cosmetics, ballpoint pen ink, blood, food, secretions, tape residue, etc.) 7. Absolutely no smoking (entirely inside the building) - Caution/If you capture “cigarette butts and ash” thrown away in indoor trash cans, you will be charged 100,000 won. 8. Please dispose of trash like this :) - General waste: Volume-based bags (located on the veranda next to the kitchen) - Recyclable waste: General plastic bags (cans, glass bottles, plastic) - Food waste: Yellow bag (living room table waste paper core) * Please leave it in the recycling bin on the left side of the building entrance before leaving or after 6 PM.
