About this place
Our pension is a two-story private pool villa located in front of the beach, where dolphins 🐬 are spotted morning and afternoon. It is a filming location for dramas such as *Our Blues* and *Strange Lawyer*, as well as the beach where Woo Young-woo filmed dolphin scenes.

There is a 24-hour unmanned 3-minute mart within the complex, and a large Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is located 5km away from the city center, making it convenient. * Due to winter maintenance issues, water changes for the swimming pool are performed only when the pool is in use from October 1st to April 30th of the following year. If you require hot water or daily cleaning, please consult separately as additional costs will apply. Please inform us of your planned usage date in advance, and we will arrange it after consultation. * Since the temperature of the heated pool is set using LP gas, an additional fee will be charged based on the gas meter reading. You can deposit the additional amount from your existing utility bill.

* There is no additional charge for using the whirlpool bathtub on the 2nd floor. However, as it is installed outdoors, insects, dust, and foreign matter may enter. Therefore, please fill the tub with water, run it through the tub thoroughly to return the water, and then refill it before use. * BBQ (Charcoal, Grill) / 20,000 KRW (Payment on-site) * Additional guests exceeding the occupancy limit cost 20,000 KRW per person per night, and a basic bedding set is provided. Please inform us in advance. * This pension is located right in front of the beach. The surrounding area is somewhat weathered, and the perimeter is constructed with stone walls. As a result, insects and moisture may enter from the outside. Guests are required to exercise special caution during their stay. Please note that refunds are not available for such issues.
