@You can use the parking lot on the 2nd basement floor more comfortably. @ There are no set check-in and check-out times, but they are coordinated if there are other residents on the same day. @ Since it is a temporary rental contract, it is not subject to the Housing Lease Protection Act and cannot be moved in. @Utilities are included in the rent, but management fees are not included. @Bedding, hygiene products, disposable items, etc. are not included in the options and, if necessary, the tenant must pay a separate rental fee and rent them. @Equipment and goods/In the event of internal damage, destruction, or contamination, the deposit will be deducted. @If complaints arise due to smoking ban (including electronic cigarettes), harmful acts (gambling, pornography), bringing in pets, or acts that are a nuisance to neighbors, the contract may be terminated immediately and the deposit cannot be refunded. @If the contract is terminated before moving in, the deposit cannot be returned. @If the tenant moves out during the contract period due to personal reasons, the rent cannot be refunded. @In case of extension, a separate contract is not created and is applied in the same way as this contract after consultation via message. @When you move out, the room will be restored to its original condition before you move out. ▷ You must enter through the underground parking lot, and the barrier will open after checking with the security office. ▷ Netflix Free ▷ Mats are provided, but if complaints arise due to noise between floors, etc., you may be forced to leave, so please be careful and wear the provided slippers. ▷ Absolutely no smoking inside the building (if smoking is found, a fee of 200,000 won will be charged) ▷ Claim for compensation in case of damage or loss of property ▷ If the bed is contaminated, a laundry or replacement fee will be charged. ▷ Please avoid strong-smelling dishes such as fish or meat as much as possible.
