Fully renovated. It's a spacious and pretty house when you see it in person. It's quiet, so it's a good place for women to live. You can move in immediately. There's a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, so it's convenient. There's a laundry, a snack shop, two marts, and a CU 10 meters away on foot. There's a police station right across the street from the house, so it's safe. It's close to Danggok District Office, so there are a lot of patrols (a safe way for women to get home). It's a quiet residential area, unlike the complicated Sillim Station, despite being near the station. There's a window in each of the bathroom and room, so it's well-ventilated. The heating and cooling are perfect. Electricity and gas are included~^^ A safe way home for women. A comfortable and quiet house near the station.
