High-rise ocean view three-room apartment with a view of the ocean #Ocean view

Another trip, living for a month. Due to unexpected events, I suddenly decided to live in Gangneung for a month. I had to make a quick decision, but I still had to be careful, so I looked into the most important things. 1. Safety 2. Condition 3. Ocean view 4. Quietness 5. Parking 6. Convenience facilities In fact, I was looking for a place that could satisfy all of these things, and I found this house that was like a treasure. First of all, it was a new apartment that hadn't even been a year, so the condition of the place was really great, and since it was on a high floor, I could enjoy the sunrise every morning from the panoramic ocean view that was unobstructed. Actually, I wasn't worried about safety because it was an apartment, but I was worried about the noise between floors and the surrounding environment, but it was really quiet and cozy. It's not a remote place, but the surrounding environment was quiet, so I was able to stay really comfortably, and no matter how late I came in, there was always a parking space available. And the dishes and kitchenware were well-equipped, and although it is not in the photo, there was even a dryer, so it was convenient to use. I will leave a few things that I personally really liked while living here for a month. 1. First of all, you can go to Yeongjin Beach in about 10 minutes on foot. The sea seen from home is pretty, but it was fun to go for a walk and see the sea at night after dinner. I was able to enjoy a romantic daily life walking along the beach with the stars in the night sky and the sound of the waves. 2. The sunrise seen from the living room every morning was just great. The sea and sunrise were different every day depending on the weather, but the beauty of nature was always the same. 3. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away on foot from the house, but there is a Hanaro Mart Yeongok branch 3-4 minutes away by car. This mart sells local foods that can only be found in this area, and both the price and quality are great. (Especially tofu, mushrooms, vegetables, and confectionery.) And the best thing is that they sell flowers. When traveling around Japan, there were many places where small quantities of flowers were sold cheaply at every mart I went to, and this place was just like that. If you go early, there are many kinds and you can buy fresh flowers for an average of 5,000 won. (But they were so fresh that I could only buy them twice in a month..) 4. And the last is Jumunjin. It was a 5-minute drive away, so I could buy fresh raw fish at a good price at any time. (I recommend going during the week.) There were many other good points.
