Important Notice **Utility Bill Information** Utility bills consist of electricity, water and sewage, gas, and maintenance fees, all of which are measured by separate meters. A utility fee of 10,000 KRW per night is charged; however, we only charge for the usage measured by the meter, and any remaining amount will be refunded (excluding 10% VAT). We are actively participating in energy conservation! **Security Deposit Information** The security deposit is collected by Liv to prevent damage to items or wallpaper. If no damage or breakage occurs, the full amount will be refunded by Liv. Our accommodation accepts reservations for a minimum of 6 nights and a maximum of 30 nights. If you wish to make a reservation exceeding 30 nights, please consult with the host separately. We operate as a fully furnished short-term rental business and are not a lodging establishment; therefore, we do not provide toiletries or consumables such as towels or toilet paper. Please contact us separately for reservations exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. Winter Season Notice Except for some areas within Jeju City, Jeju Island does not have a city gas supply, so LPG or kerosene is used as heating fuel. My home uses LPG, but since heating fuel is about four times more expensive than city gas in Jeju, heating bills can be quite high. Please keep this in mind and bring an electric blanket and warm indoor clothing. Although temperatures in Jeju mostly stay above freezing during the winter, strong winds often make it feel colder than the mainland. We will notify you if the actual bill exceeds the amount you paid. - In case of property damage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is returned. You may also personally procure identical items to the damaged or lost ones. [★Important Notice★] - CCTV surveillance is constantly recording within the building. - A washing machine is available in the room (detergent not provided). - Room cleaning is not provided during the one-month stay (please use the cleaning supplies provided in the room). - Towels and all consumables (toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. - Bedding is provided (one queen-size bed and one bunk bed) (sheets, pad, duvet, pillow). / Only initial setup is available (replacement service is not available). - Although pest control is performed regularly, please note that insects may occasionally appear due to the island location. - Due to accommodation maintenance or other schedules, you may be assigned to the adjacent room (identical to your reserved room). (The area, layout, and condition are identical.) - The toilet in the master bathroom is currently unavailable due to frequent breakdowns. The shower and sink facilities are available for free use; however, please refrain from using them late at night out of consideration for guests on the first floor. - [Available Spaces/Facilities] - Private parking space for guest rooms, free internet (WiFi), bed, dressing table, TV, nightstand, system air conditioning (3 units per room and living room) - Hair dryer, refrigerator, induction electric stove, built-in wardrobe, sink, table, rice cooker, cooking utensils, and all other furnishings * Regular disinfection is performed once a month (provided only for stays of one month or longer) * Entry is not permitted for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit * Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is in the morning It is 10:00 * Flammable party supplies (candles, firecrackers, butane gas, etc.) and wall-mounted balloons are restricted. * All rooms are non-smoking (smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited). * Pets are not allowed to stay. (Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the building.) * Cooking smelly foods such as seafood, meat, and fried foods is prohibited inside the rooms. * Please wash dishes and clean up the room to its original condition upon check-out. * Please be sure to open the curtains before cooking in the room. (Food splatters all over the curtains.) * Please refrain from eating on the rugs. Laundry fees may be charged if the rugs are heavily soiled. * Please be careful, as users are responsible for any loss or damage within the building. * Unauthorized addition of guests will result in forced eviction. No refunds will be provided in such cases. (Guests visiting to say hello, guests having a meal together, etc.) - Please contact us in advance. * Please be sure to brush off the sand after using the beach before entering the room. A water tap is provided on the right side of the parking lot on the 1st floor. We would appreciate it if you could turn off the water after use and conserve water. * Damage to or loss of furnishings will be charged at actual cost. (e.g., Vacuum cleaners are damaged too frequently. A fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged even for partial damage.) * For environmental protection, please thoroughly separate your trash and dispose of it at designated recycling areas according to the collection schedule. (Please refer to the separate guide book for detailed collection days.) Food waste can be disposed of at the recycling area or by using the T-money card in your room. * As our property is a multi-unit dwelling with many surrounding houses, charcoal or fires cannot be used in the backyard. Jeju experiences strong winds, posing a high risk of fire. For this reason, using fires in the backyard is prohibited, and we ask for your understanding. As we operate as a fully furnished short-term rental business and are not a pension or lodging establishment, you are required to tidy up and clean before checking out. During your reservation, this is your home. Please use it cleanly as if it were your own. Please note that if the property is excessively dirty, has severe mold, or is not properly cleaned upon checkout, you may be charged a fee of 50,000 KRW for professional mold removal and cleaning.
