Hamdeok Beach 15 minutes walk Hamdeok Bamboo House Living Room + Two Rooms 2nd Floor B

This was my first time staying in Jeju, not in a busy area, but it was so nice. Just walking around the neighborhood was healing in itself. I was worried about the heating cost because it was winter, but I don't think it was that much compared to how warm it was. I think the sunlight helped with the heating cost. My kids liked the place so much that they didn't want to go out, so I had a hard time. One day, they didn't even go out. Haha. It's a place that really feels like home. Hamdeok Beach, restaurants, and amenities are all within 5 minutes by car. It's a distance that's enough to walk. The location is the best. And I was worried about the early check-out time, but the host was very accommodating and said it was okay to check out late on the last day, so I was very grateful. In many ways, I dare say that this is the best accommodation in Jeju Island so far.

It was so good^^ I stayed in Jeju for about 10 days It was my first time staying for a long time~~ The location of the accommodation was also so good. The neighborhood was cute and pretty, and convenient facilities such as Hanaro Mart, Daiso, and the library were within walking distance, so it was convenient. Hamdeok Beach was also within walking distance, and you could drive there and it was a really pretty beach. It was a trip where I wondered if it was possible to enjoy this much leisure and luxury^^ The accommodation was also clean and convenient. There were 2 rooms, and a living room and kitchen, so it was good for making simple meals. The host was also kind, and organized various instructions into a file, so it was easy to view. I was grateful in many ways. Thanks to you, I had a memorable and special trip to Jeju Island and came back~~ Thank you^^

We stayed with a 2-year-old child. 1. The location was the biggest advantage. (1) Hamdeok Beach: Hamdeok is a short walk with a stroller, and there are Starbucks, restaurants, Delmundo Cafe, Jeon I-su Gallery, and Orange Fit gym at Hamdeok Beach, so we went there in the morning and in the evening when we finished our schedule early. And we went on a day when the tide was out and had a lot of fun playing in the water. (2) Tourist attractions within 30 minutes: Saryeoni, Jeolmul, Dolmunhwa, Ecoland, Bijarim, Gyo-rae, etc. Forests are close, and so is Batdi with animals, camel trekking, etc. (3) Jeju City within 30 minutes: You can go to Jeju City Bank and Pediatrics within 30 minutes, so we also went to Sehwa Beach while we were there. 2. The rooms and living room are large. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures, which was nice. My child just started running, and the baby was busy running around in the morning and evening. 3. The downside is that the bed and sofa were not good. I was disappointed that the bed and sofa had springs.. I was also a little disappointed that the curtains in the living room and hallway were visible.. But if I go to Jeju again, I want to stay here. However, next time I go, I want to bring a dehumidifier (I had to hang the laundry out for 2 days on a sunny day to dryㅠ) and a Dyson vacuum cleanerㅋㅋㅋ

#Advantages 1. The geographical location is good. It is about 30 minutes from the airport and Hamdeok Beach is close by, which was nice. I often used Hanaro Mart and Daiso nearby, and I also visited Runbemu, a hot place I had never tried in Seoul. The nearby East Part Brunch Cafe is also delicious. 2. The building is clean and safe. The best thing was the double lock. There was an extra door lock to enter the building from the outside, so I felt safe. Also, it was a three-story building, but there was an elevator, which was nice when carrying heavy luggage. There was a water tap outside, so I could clean my shoes and the sand on my tube right away after playing at the beach. Another thing is that you can park on the first floor of the building, so the car doesn't get hot in the sun and you don't get wet on a rainy day. 3. It really feels like you live in a small village in Jeju. There was a daycare center right in front, and I liked the sound of children playing during the pick-up and drop-off times. It felt so cozy that I even looked out during school hours, and Hamdeok Middle School right next door had a grassy field that was hard to find in Seoul, so it was nice to take a walk. I also looked for four-leaf clovers with my kids. #Cons The biggest con we felt was the glass windows that didn't protect our privacy. The bed was right next to the large window in the bedroom, and it was visible from outside. There was an empty lot right next to it, but if you looked at it from the street, it was so obvious that you had to close the blackout curtains when you went to sleep or changed clothes. Also, I had to constantly be careful because I could see the other apartments on the same floor across the courtyard. Also, the bathroom in the bedroom has a structural problem that makes it impossible to use the toilet, so it would have been nice if they had notified us in advance. The host is kind, and there are more pros than cons. The things we felt uncomfortable about may not be a big deal to others, so I think it would be good to use it with that in mind.

Hello, we are a family that stayed for a month recently. Thank you for coming back after a great stay. I am writing this review to help those who are planning a trip to Jeju. First of all, we came down to live for three months and stayed in three places for a month each. Bamboo House was our first place and now we are in our second house. Now that we are in our second house, I miss Bamboo House so much. 1. The owner, who is the host, is so kind. Although we didn't see each other much during our stay, he was kind even when we greeted each other occasionally. He guided us through the facilities and took care of all our various requests while we were there. He also sent us a neat email with the final settlement, which was nice. 2. The facilities are so comfortable. The building is new and very clean. The room smelled refreshing because they disinfected it on the day we checked in. The bamboo that you can see through the window is also nice, as expected from Bamboo House. The parking lot was also spacious, so we were able to park comfortably. The room was bigger than I thought, and the bathroom was clean and easy to use. 3. The location is so good. I personally really like Hamdeok Beach, and it was so close that I went out without a second thought. While staying here, I went to Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, Sehwa, Udo, and Seongsan. I went to various places such as Seongpanak Witseoreum, but Iljudong-ro is right next door, so it was easy to get to anywhere. Many tourist attractions such as Eco Land Dolmunhwa Park are right nearby, so I went to all of them without missing anything, and I also visited many cafes in Songdang-ri. Jeju City is also convenient because it only takes 30 minutes. I loved playing in the morning and afternoon, preparing dinner, and having a picnic in Hamdeok on a beautiful sunset day. Hanaro Mart and convenience stores are within walking distance, and the surrounding commercial district was great. I went to a few restaurants that the owner recommended, and I found a restaurant that I really liked! 4. The backyard was decorated nicely, so it was great to have a barbecue there. My wife said it was the best barbecue in her life 5. I was so relieved because the CCTV was well-equipped in the entrance and other areas. Although no problems occurred, it was nice that there were security cameras in several places. I stayed with my wife and a 2-year-old child, and I didn't feel any inconvenience at all even with the child. Even now that I live in my second home, my wife says she wished she had stayed at Bamboo House for three months. It was such a great place to stay. I highly recommend it to those who are planning to stay for a month. If I come down again next time, I will visit Bamboo House again!!
