Overall accommodation satisfaction is average. The host's response speed and customer service attitude are very poor. 1. The building entrance is a bit dirty, and since the first floor is a restaurant, sometimes a drunk guest on the first floor vomited on the stairs on the second floor because the door was locked while going to the bathroom, and the place was not cleaned for about two weeks until check-out. 2. It is posted that parking is available, but there is only one parking space for the entire four-story building. It feels like a parking space that was created for the purpose of obtaining a building permit. It is dangerous because the space on the left and right sides is narrow when parking mid-sized cars or larger, so there is a high possibility of a collision accident, and you cannot get out of the driver's seat, so you have to get out of the passenger seat. 3. The interior is decorated more cutely than expected, and there is a lot of storage space. 4. During the rainy season during my stay, I had a hard time because the drain under the sink flowed back up. I contacted the host, but he was on a business trip overseas, so the action was delayed. I suffered from the bad smell for 6 days from Thursday until the repair was made next Tuesday. I almost had an accident when I slipped on the sewage while going to the bathroom at night. The host's action was too slow. 5. The air conditioner was moldy due to moisture, so I requested action, but it was cleaned and disinfected in 3 days. When the technician disassembled the air conditioner, the inside was so dirty that I couldn't describe it in words. The host said that they clean it every time I check out, but it was almost never cleaned. (I don't understand why they say they clean it every time.) 6. I rented for 48 nights and 49 days, and the management fee was 20,000 won per night, which was 960,000 won. Compared to the management fee for an apartment, it is an unimaginably high amount. It may be difficult to measure the usage with a meter for short-term rentals, so a management fee of 10,000 to 20,000 won per day can be charged, but for medium-term rentals of more than a month, I think it would be reasonable to adjust the management fee to an appropriate level or charge it based on actual usage.
