It is convenient to buy daily necessities at the Mart next door. (The business hours are also long. 06:00~24:00) Express bus terminal is 1 minute away. Within 10 minutes on foot. (27 round trips between Seoul and Gyeongbu, 10 round trips between Daejeon and Jeonnam, 10 round trips between Gwangju and Jeonnam) It's located in the city center, so it's easy to go anywhere. There is a supermarket right next door that you can access conveniently and get what you need right away.

Additional rules

New opening in June 2024!! Smoking is prohibited indoors. It is a space where visitors can rest safely and comfortably. The home appliances and furniture are new and I took great care in purchasing them, including the sofa and bed. The pretty terrace is a bonus~^^
