Mosquitoes might get in. ^^; 🔹Building Heating (Winter)🔹 : If necessary, please turn on the boiler power on the 'left wall of the bathroom' in the living room and adjust the desired temperature (23~25 degrees). * We use contactless delivery for your health and safety. Please leave the items you wish to receive in front of the door and ask us to call or text you. : ) 🔹Trash Disposal🔹 >> Please place it on one side of the entrance inside the accommodation. : ) ▪️ Recyclables (Bottles, Plastics, Paper) : Please put them all in one plastic bag and place it on one side of the entrance inside the accommodation. ▪️ General Waste : Please put them all in one plastic bag and place it on one side of the entrance inside the accommodation. ▪️ Food Waste : Please collect food waste in the sink. The cleaning company will dispose of it separately in food waste bags. 🔹Smoking Area🔹 : We would appreciate it if smokers would smoke outside the accommodation. The interior of this building is a 🔸non-smoking building🔸. 🎇 We would like to reiterate the precautions regarding the use of the accommodation. 🔸🔸Simple Precautions🔸🔸 ▪️ Please be careful not to break cups or wine glasses when using or washing them. ▪️ Please do not scratch pots and pans excessively when cooking or washing them. The coating may peel off and the pots and pans will be damaged. ▪️ Please do not throw food waste or trash (wet wipes, sanitary products, etc.) into the toilet. This will cause the toilet to clog. ▪️ If you need ventilation or a cool breeze, please open the windows, but be sure to close the screens. ▪️ Please do not touch drawers other than the wardrobe and shoe cabinet. This is the personal item storage area for the accommodation. 🔸🔸Precautions regarding damage or contamination🔸🔸 ▪️ Contamination of rugs and bedding (food, cosmetics, etc.) > Charges will be made for cleaning or repurchase costs. ▪️ Contamination by menstrual blood, bodily secretions, or other bodily fluids > Immediate disposal without cleaning due to infection or hygiene concerns & charges will be made for repurchase costs. ▪️ Damage to appliances, furniture, interior decor items, or kitchenware > Charges will be made for compensation costs. 🔸🔸Precautions for using party supplies🔸🔸 >> Do not use due to strong adhesive/dust shedding! ▪️ Absolutely do not attach to wallpaper!! Removal costs will be charged for damaged wallpaper (300,000 KRW). ▪️ A fine will be imposed for vacating without cleaning up party supplies (balloons, tape, etc.). ▪️ No candles or other items other than cake candles are allowed (please be careful due to fire hazards). A fine will be imposed if usage is detected. 🔸🔸Noise Regards🔸🔸 ▪️ Please refrain from talking loudly or playing music at high volume after 10 PM. ▪️ Opening windows and talking loudly at night will cause inter-floor noise. ▪️ Noise is transmitted more loudly during sleep hours, starting around midnight. In the event of a complaint regarding inter-floor noise late at night: > 1st offense: Request for caution > 2nd offense: Immediate eviction 🔸 During your stay, no one will visit the home except for food deliveries❗ 🔸 When outsiders visit (such as delivery personnel, facility staff, or management office staff), please do not answer or respond, and do not readily open the door❗ For any other inquiries or inconveniences, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
