It's a place where you can get a good night's sleep, take a leisurely walk, or have some time alone while looking at the Gwangan Bridge. - However, if you walk for just 5 minutes, you will reach a bustling downtown area. It is also a place where you can enjoy an exciting nightlife. ❤️A newly built high-rise officetel with a beautiful view outside the window - You can lie in bed and see the blue sky and the sea, and in the morning, a beautiful sunrise and at night, the splendid night view of Marine City will captivate your eyes. - Since it is a new, clean and safe building, your satisfaction with life will be higher. ❤️Full option with everything you need for life - We prepared it with both a pretty interior and a practical life in mind. - Comfortable hotel-style queen-size bed, blackout curtains, inner curtains - TV (personal ID) with Netflix, Tiving, etc., wireless internet, Bluetooth speaker - Spacious closet and storage cabinets, hangers - Table and chairs for 2, stand lighting, table lighting, full-length mirror, makeup mirror - Several books and a crystal reading stand - Air conditioner, fan - Washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack - Induction, electric rice cooker, electric pot, microwave, basic cooking utensils, tableware, cups, wine glasses, and spoons and forks (for 2 people) - Dryer, curling iron, 2 hair combs - Cordless vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools - Charger (C type, lightning), wired earphones, 2 types of multi-taps, earplugs - This house is a reflection of my lifestyle, so some parts may be overflowing and some parts may be a little lacking. Still, I tried to make it comfortable for living for a week or a month. (I listed all the items I have as much as possible. Please prepare the ones you don't have!!) ❤️Transportation (based on Busan Station) - Subway: Line 1 Busan Station - Transfer to Line 2 at Seomyeon Station - Get off at Gwangan Station, 15-minute walk from Exit 3 - Bus: No. 41 in front of Busan Station, get off at Minrak-dong Alley Market, walk for 10 minutes, takes about 50 minutes - By car: Approximately 30 to 50 minutes (taxi fare: 17,000 to 20,000 won) ❤️Convenient parking - It is more convenient because it is a self-propelled wide parking lot (not a parking tower). - Parking fee: 10,000 won per week (B2-4, not B1) 💙The reviews prove it Actually, at first, I also started with light thoughts. But I can't do it roughly, and I want the people who come to enjoy and be happy, so I try my best to prepare. And I guess he knows that feeling. I'm going well, I was happy, I'll definitely come back again, it was so good, Every time I receive such reviews, guestbook entries, and texts, I feel so proud that the attention I put into the location of the accommodation, as well as the items and props, and the effort I put into making it cleaner than my own home every time I clean are being acknowledged. Some people recommend me to their acquaintances, and others send me heartfelt thank you texts. When I see things like that, I feel even more grateful, and I hope that it can be a precious healing to the intense lives of everyone who comes here. 😁Hello.😊 I was born in Seoul and lived my whole life as a workaholic, commuting to work on the crowded subway. Then one day, I suddenly had this thought. 'Oh, I really want to rest.' So I came to Busan for a vacation without any plans, and then I ended up settling down. It's already been more than two years. Busan, which is neither Seoul, which suffers from the hellish subway system nor the countryside with nothing in it, is a truly charming city that is somewhere in between. It is a large city with all the amenities concentrated (although not as much as Seoul), and it has beautiful nature with the sea, rivers, and mountains. It is a city where you can feel both overflowing energy and leisurely leisure. There are those like me who are tired from work and want to give themselves the gift of 'leisure', middle-aged people who have finally had time to catch their breath after raising their children, mothers or fathers who want to go away alone with their children, and those who want to spend romantic and enjoyable time with their friends, lovers, or spouses. I hope you can feel a happy 'rest' for a week, half a month, or even a month.
