It is almost a semi-private house because it is separated from each other by an independent lake. Convenience store is 3 minutes on foot. Nearby, bakery, restaurant, cafe is 5-10 minutes on foot, local food (fresh vegetables, etc.) is 5 minutes on foot; 3 large Hanaro Marts are 5 minutes by car. Halla and the sea. It is a two- story building with a structure of approximately 20 pyeong , 1 bedroom , 1 living room, kitchen + 1 sea view terrace, and a bathroom . It is unit 103 on the first floor. There is one king bed. Air conditioners are wall-mounted and installed in two places: the bedroom/living room/kitchen. The bathroom was remodeled in September 23rd. *************************** Our house is a rental property, so we cannot legally provide bedding and amenities. Please understand that you can purchase them cheaply at nearby marts, Coupang, and other shopping malls. There is also a bedding rental company in Jeju Island, so please refer to it . ***************** *******Electricity bill + utility bills (water, TV, internet, cleaning fee, tax, etc.) are 300,000 won per month per household, but if the amount of heating and cooling usage in the summer and winter exceeds the electricity bill (average of 200,000 won for general + late-night electricity), the excess amount from the meter will be charged. *** Due to the nature of Jeju Island, city gas is not common, and it is difficult to reach the hot indoor temperature in winter wearing only short sleeves. There are more than 5 animal hospitals, and a large pet shop is 5-10 minutes away by car. There are 2-3 dog cafes within 5-10 minutes on foot. *****💳 Utility bill settlement method and general management fee******* Utility bills - heating, water, management fees, electricity, etc.: [May-October / around 250,000 won; November-April / around 300,000 won] + 1/n of the amount on the bill in case of excess (moving-out settlement)

🗓 Minimum number of nights available for reservation : Reservations must be made for a minimum of 29 nights . We are accepting reservations with priority given to families. (No loud noise after 10pm) As this is a multi-family house shared with other guests, please refrain from being noisy after 10pm. We ask for your understanding!
