💯 It is the best and perfect transportation station area in Jamsil. 🚊When using the subway, 5 minutes walk from Songpanaru Station on Line 9 15 minutes walk from Jamsil Station on Line 2 15 minutes walk from Seokchon Station on Lines 8 and 9 ✈️At the airport 1.5 hours by limousine bus from Incheon Airport 1 hour by subway from Gimpo Airport 🚅SRT Suseo Station 10 minutes by taxi 🎉NEW OPEN First-come-first-served special opening price in progress🎉 - This is a quiet two-room space that was recently remodeled and is now the first to be occupied. - We have prepared full options so that you can come and live comfortably as if you were at home. - Spacious living room, large room, small room, bathroom - Queen size bed, large table for 4, 40 inch OTT TV, Fully equipped with a sofa bed, spacious wardrobe hangers, etc. 🏡 We decorated the space with the hope that you would be able to rest comfortably in a cozy and pretty space even if you are only passing through for a short time. 🤙🏻 The space has been organized so that it can be used neatly and comfortably with more storage space. We have a large clothes hanger (50 hangers) and plenty of storage space. 📺 We have a 40-inch TV and a beam projector for watching OTT. Equipped with a queen-size bed and a spacious table/dining table for four, you can sleep comfortably alone or with someone else. 🛌 The soft 2-person sofa bed can also be used as a bed, making it a comfortable place for 3 people to stay. (When 4 people use, additional air bed provided) 🫧You can do your laundry comfortably as if you were at home, with a drum washing machine and drying rack provided. You can use the space coolly by replacing it with the latest air conditioner. We have prepared a high-performance vacuum cleaner, mop, circulator, hair dryer, and microwave. ❌Due to the nature of short-term rentals, amenities such as towels and bathroom supplies cannot be provided. Please bring any supplies you need. - Move-in will be conducted remotely. -If you bring a pet, a separate additional fee will be charged (please inquire via message) - Located in a very quiet and secluded residential area. We welcome those who are quiet and polite so that our home can be a comfortable resting place. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for moving in and use.
