1 minute walk: convenience store, mart, park, bus stop 5 minutes by bus: Bucheon Station 🌿 A newly built independent villa with a great view and a quiet atmosphere - You can use the warm interior and terrace exclusively. - It's a quiet neighborhood and the other floors are currently vacant, so it's very quiet and there's no noise between floors. - When there are a lot of people in a densely populated residential area, it causes noise and complaints from neighbors. 📍 Location and surroundings - The accommodation is located a 1-minute walk from Jeongmyeong Park when taking the bus from Bucheon Station. - Convenience stores, marts, and other convenient facilities are well-equipped. - Since we are currently preparing to sell, we may often visit the real estate office. Thank you for your cooperation. - We will do our best to guarantee the contract until the end of the contract, but contract extension may not be possible.
