The structure consists of three main buildings, five rooms of 14 pyeong each on the first floor, and two rooms of 14 pyeong each on the second floor. 1 room of 30 pyeong in 1 building (8 buildings), 2 rooms of 12 pyeong in Sarangchae (one-room type), The separate building (private house) has 1 room of 24 pyeong, and the main building (duplex) has 1 room of 38 pyeong.
