Smoking is prohibited indoors. Our accommodation operates as a fully furnished short-term rental property. Please be sure to check the regulations below before making a reservation. 1. Amenities and Personal Hygiene Items Due to the nature of short-term rentals, personal hygiene items such as laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are not provided. Please bring your own. (These can be easily purchased at supermarkets and convenience stores near the accommodation.) 2. Utilities and Maintenance Fee Information Basic Maintenance Fee: 10,000 KRW per night Inclusions: General maintenance fees, water, cooking gas, internet (Wi-Fi), TV, and basic electricity usage. Heating and Energy Precautions: Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity usage. This accommodation uses kerosene (oil boiler) for heating. To ensure fair settlement of heating costs during the winter, we operate on a 'pay-as-you-go' system where you are charged based on the actual amount of heating kerosene used. 3. Important Notes for Check-out Basic Cleanup: Before checking out, please lightly vacuum the interior, wash dishes in the kitchen, separate waste, tidy the bathroom, and restore furniture and facilities to their original condition. Additional Cleaning Fee: This is a minimum courtesy for the next occupant. However, if cleanup is not performed or if severe staining or damage occurs inside, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW may be charged. ※ The standard occupancy is 4 people. If additional guests arrive, we can set up mattress toppers and bedding for them. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per night will be charged. Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, are not permitted indoors. If you wish to use the outdoor barbecue, please let us know and we can rent out gas burners, fire pits, grills, etc. (If you mention it, we can purchase butane gas, firewood, and charcoal for you for an additional fee. You are also welcome to bring your own.) Please contact the host directly with any inquiries.
