There is a CU convenience store right behind the building. Cheongnyangni Station is a 7-8 minute walk away and has Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart. Gyeongdong Market, a traditional market, is a 10-minute walk away. As a premium one-roomtel, we have all the best facilities for a single person to enjoy a private life, and there are no additional costs (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.) other than the rent and cleaning fee. The living infrastructure is excellent as it is located close to Cheongnyangni Station and a traditional market. Haesung Kalguksu, a famous restaurant in Naver Cheongnyangni, is only a 2-minute walk away, and I highly recommend visiting Sung Si-kyung's chicken restaurant and Starbucks Gyeongdong 1906.
